My experience with this place was the worst ! DO NOT do business with them!! I put a small deposit down for them to hold a specific car for me. I was told that the deposit was non-refundable, but was transferable to another vehicle. We agreed to hold it for a week. After that, they could sell it but I could still use the deposit for another vehicle. When a week passed, they told me if I didnt pay the rest of the deposit, I would loose the money I already paid and will not be able to transfer it like I was told before. Had that been thoroughly explained, I never would have paid the holding fee. Worst car buying experience *** ever had. I basically got scammed out of my money. NEVER AGAIN

I Wasn't Going To Speak Out About My Experience With ??Platinum Autoplex But It's A ****** ************ **** Sure Won't Happen Again. March 7th 2023 I Was Taken Down To The **** Hole(??Platinum Autoplex) By One Of ******* People. Due To The Simple Fact I Didn't Like The Cars On ******* Lot, With That Being Said I Picked Out A 2019 ******* Elantra $3,200 Down That I Was Told Had Been Fully Serviced. The Inside Smelled ************* Was A Few Stains On The Seats But Those Two Are Things That Could Be Fixed....Overall The Car Itself Was Nice. I've Had The Vehicle For 6 *********** Soon As I Noticed Something Wrong I Immediately Took It Back But Was Told Nothing Was Wrong...A Week Later My Brake Lights Kept Going Out ,My Brights Weren't Working Then All Of Sudden They Didn't Have A Service Guy Months Go By I've Had To ************************* Camshaft Position Sensors,A Crankshaft *************************** Multiple Diagnostic Test Ran.Also Was Told ***************** Manager Would Fix What's Wrong Y'all Why Tf This Man Go Replace What I Just ******************** Reseting The Check Engine Light. He Also Was *********************** Trying To Get The Car To Start I Told Him You Don't Have To Do That To Start It (I Had It Towed There) Then Had Me Drive Around ************** Broke Down ********** Station He Came 15 ******************* Same Janky *************** Me To Go To ******* & Let Him Know What They Say So He Can Fix It Well The Engine Needs To Be Torn Down. It's Been A Whole *********** Shady A** Owner Won't Reach Out But Keeps Having His Workers Harass Me For A Payment On A Car That Could Possibly Cause Me To Get In An Accident Due To The Fact It Shakes,Cuts Off Out Of ************** As If It Wants To Take Off On It's Own I've Had It Towed 4 Times In One Month. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM ??PLATINUM AUTOPLEX?????Ive Filed Investigation Already?

I think they are racist and they have no compassion for their customers! Was in ******* *********** getting my fingers cut off having surgeries and trying to recover they took my truck while I was in recovery right before another surgery! I'm a very I'll woman have no one and they made it possible for me to reschedule my surgeries I was stranded in *********** and my hands got back infected! Now I have to have extra surgeries because they are non compatible inhumane

Very shady people will scam you out your money. The vehicles they have on their lot are lemons and not even worth the money they asking for. The mechanic they have will lie to you and have you come back several times to get things fixed. I waisted to much money and time with them. Hope they will get shutdown soon.

This place is the worst! Those people are rude. That lady *** she is in the front desk. We came to tell her an issue with the car she had her hand on her head the whole time and acted so nonchalantly! The car started having problems the first few days. It felt like it was gonna launch me or jerked me sometimes. I went and had a diagnostic done. All 4 tires were low on tread and coming apart and drivers belt was shredding! Also license plate bulbs were both out! I had to pay $1300 for that. Then 2 weeks later ac radio and windows go out. I take it to them. Their mechanic *** had it for not even 30 mins came back and said "it should be fixed FOR NOW". And that he taped some wires together. Right then and there I knew it was something going on. I then felt very uncomfortable about it all. But yet I still tried. Mind you this car was under warranty! Anyways! I had to take it to A REAL MECHANIC and they ended up replacing interface module and it worked for like 2 weeks and acted up again. Mind you I paid them $850. On top of two payments of $433. Plus $200 for insurance!!!!! Straight up robbery!!!!!! Anyways I tried to trade the car in and come to find out the registration was all bad. They said that back in 2021 the car was at ****** miles but yet they sold it to me at *****. Does that sound right to you????? Anyways the ac radio and windows still weren't working! So I ended up bringing the car back and they said it would be a few days to look at and well I didn't hear nothing for 2 weeks. And when they did. They wouldn't even let me test drive it to make sure it was all good . All they cared about was a payment! Well anyways I ended up doing some more research come to find out that car was salvaged! For MECHANICAL ISSUES. that is definitely illegal and they went against all contract! They should be put out of business!
