            Install took place on December of 2020. During install numbers amount of damages to my property were incurred. Former owner of the company Luke ****** came to my house can confirmed that his company caused $2000 dollars of damages to my home and cut me a check in the amount of $2000 on January 21, 2021. Luke also stated that he has seen areas of turf that were laying flat on install and if they don't improve they would replace the turf. In addition he stated he would throw in 3-4 free fluff and fresh jobs as a good faith measure due to the poor workmanship and the damage caused to my home. 18 months later the turf is still laying flat. I have called numerous times but received not help or responses to resolve the issue which is still under warranty. Warranty i was told is for 15 years. i finally was able to chat with Luke ****** in early 2022 and he told me that he no longer owns the company. He explained they he remembered my install job and they facts provided were accurate. Since then DFW turf solutions has gone under new management they will no longer honor their 15 year install warranty. Very disappointed with this experience.
