I found there were several issues with this facility from: 1) inadequate training and attention provided by several of the trainers, 2) owners being unresponsive to requests to be contacted, 3) inadequate front office staff who are unfamiliar about the facility policies and procedures and are unable to answer simple questions, etc. I found my child completing actions UNSUPERVISED, and one where she was landing incorrectly on her head which couldve caused a serious injury to her neck. I also witnessed instances of staff being on their phones during sessions, when they are supposed to be teaching and attentive to the needs of each child. I made the decision to pull my daughter from the program and submitted it through their Contact Us portal. Per their contract, you have to submit that you are removing the student in writing, but it fails to mention what method is expected to be used. So, I sent my request through their Contact Us portal on their website but received no response. I reached out via email, and they provided a response that they would remove her at the end of November. I inquired about retrieving a refund as this slot is now open for another student and my daughter is no longer receiving training there. However, I was informed that the contract stated I would not receive one because it was after the first of the month. This response was sent via email on an editable document through ********* Publisher, which had clearly been revised. The document I signed does not have this after the 1st of the month clause. I have made several attempts to contact the facility directly but none of my calls have been returned and they are no longer responding to my email messages. I would like to receive my $211 for the month of November. They received adequate notice of my childs removal, we are no longer receiving services from them, and they cannot enforce a policy that was not included in my contract that they later revised to fit this situation and deny my refund.
