    Accidently booked a room for two nights through them, I thought I was on the hotels site. They charged my card immediately. I went to cancel the reservation two weeks prior to check-in, they charged me $400 cancelation fee. While on the phone they said they noticed a Red Flag on an unrelated upcoming trip I booked through Expedia. They said I didn't have seat assignments even though I have a Delta confirmation showing them. They offered to get it corrected for me but it would cost $1700. I said I wanted to do more research before agreeing and hung up. While talking to Expedia we determined there were no red flags. While on the phone with Expedia Hotelsone / Eurobookings cancelled my flights for that trip. I had to rebook my flights at a current price which was an additional $740. I don't understand how a legitimate company can get away with this.

    Hotelsone instantly debited $776 from my checking account for a hotel booking at ***********, ******* in September several days before leaving for *******. I made the reservation thinking that I was booking online through Ocean Sands. When I checked my bank account, I realized that it was not Ocean Sands that took the money, but HotelsOne. Just a few minutes later, I called HotelsOne to explain that I meant to book through ***********, not HotelsOne. I requested that they cancel the reservation and HotelsOne said that they could cancel the reservation, but would not refund me my money because I had signed the No-Refund Agreement, which, once again, I thought was through ***********. I then called ***** and ask them to reverse the debit. ***** explained that they would reverse the debit and do a 30-day investigation. ***** sent me notification that the transaction was a legitimate one and that they would debit my account for $776 on 11/4/24. I cannot stop the debit and no other bank will open a checking account for me because of the potential $800 charge-off. So, the bottom line is that if I cannot get this reversed, I will be paying $800 to HotelsOne for no consideration. Typically, hotels give you 24 hours to cancel a reservation, but I was not given that opportunity.

    This business is a scam. I spoke with a representative that assured me I could cancel at anytime at the cost of $42.76. I needed to cancel and was told my reservation was nonrefundable. I attempted to speak to the company 4 times and repeatedly was told that my request was being reviewed by management. The charge was actually $200 more for a 2-night stay when calling the motel independently. I obviously made a mistake, however felt confident that I could cancel at any time as I was told by the salesman. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company since HotelsOne are unable to assure me that I can get my money back.

    This company will over charge you for a hotel and turn a fully refundable reservation into a non-refundable reservation. By the time you realize all of this, they have your money and will not give it back.

    When I booked, the web site made it seem like I was booking directly with the hotel. They charged me $838.44 but the hotel was only paid $605.74. It looks like they took my reservation and then made the actual reservation via Expedia and pocketed the difference. I never would have known if the hotel staff hadn't said my reservation was actually made through Expedia and I asked for a receipt which showed they were paid far less than I had paid.Never book through this site.

    This is absolutely the worst booking service to deal with. I booked a room through them not knowing what to expect. I needed to change my dates due to a schedule conflict beyond my control, two weeks prior to my reservation. I needed to drop a day from my itinerary. I was told by the agent that there was no availability to cancel a day. ********* said it was the hotels doing and the hotel said it was HotelOne. The bottom line I will be charged for an extra day all the time my reservation says free cancellations.
