    I am a regular patron or Murphy USA in *******, *******.i purchase gas online there as well as other necessities. For the past 7 months I have witnessed this establishment claim that their public restrooms is out of order as the employees use it freely.I have witnessed the employees pick and choose who they allow access to their restroom and bald face lie to others and tell them the bathroom is broken. Typically they deny access to individuals who appear to be homeless and typically those on bicycles whether they are a paying customer or not.This type of discrimination infuriates me. Lying to your customers is just bad business. Currently this establishment is claiming it's bathroom is out of order..this came after several complaints regarding their discrimination .Yet I observe their employees doing the pee pee dance and unlocking the restroom to relieve themselves. I will no longer purchase a single item from Murphy USA. It is ridiculous when I stop there to fuel my car and then have to drive over to ******* and use the facilities or drive down the road to an alternate convenience store From now on, I will make the trip to **** and get all my needs met in one step.Honwsty is always the best policy and unfortunately Murphy USA is not meeting my standards .Their employees should be ashamed of themselves for looking their customers in the eyes and lying. The manager at this location is extremely rude and is setting a poor example.She definitely needs to brush up on her customer service skills and manners.I will no longer purchase anything from this company nor will my family and friends .

    Hi, This location is a kiosk which does not sell prepared food, so a public restroom is not required.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but there are business reason why the restroom is closed to the public at times.  Again, we apologize that a restroom is not available for public use.

    I contacted ****** usa via there complaint email filled it out over a week ago never heard anything back.The manager was rude and the have fraudulent posters on prices or conflicting posters I approached the manager ask a question about prices for refills originally cause a employee told me one thing then she does something else.I asked her again not the same question but similar topic the sign in the window says 69 cents on any refill any size but she claim anyone up to 44 oz i did not see that one and was rude when she said we have had this conversation before

    Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/09/20) */ ***Document Attached*** This store was a Raze and Rebuild store. When it reopened, we treated it like a new store opening and had a drink special of 69 cents for any size fountain or frozen drink using a cup supplied in the store or 59 cents for refills up to 42 oz. We run that same drink special for all new stores openings for 60 days. When the customer came in he asked the prices for refills. Then he returned with Gallon size mugs to refill. He was told the limit is 42 oz as shown on all signs posted. He got upset because he wanted to refill several Gallon size mugs for only 59 cent each and ignore the 42 oz limit. He could have filled the Gallon size mugs for 2 times 59 cents which would have been $1.18 which is still lower then our normal price, but he only wanted to pay 59 cents which the store employees could not honor since the ounce limit it was clearly stated on the signs. I am attaching the two pictures for your review.
