  We planned on giving my daughter her Quinceaera some day in ***** so we were looking for a ballroom 08/03/24 and found El Amanecer I spoke to the owner saying I was interested in the ballroom for 200 people and asked for prices. $4300 for the package which comes with security, servers, the table covers ,cleaning, and the rent for the use of the ballroom. I told ******************* to take off the price of the servers because I had my own so he was going to refund $300 on Zelle. With that package we also chose to buy additional items such as clouds and pyrotechnics which was an additional cost of $750. the deposit to book the date for ***** 13,2024 was $500 and the deposit for the ballroom that I paid that 08/03/24 was another $500. The day of the party the clouds and pyrotechnics were not there, and Security was never there either. If something bad happened how would we been able to get help? The same day I called Israel and told him my clouds were never there and the pyrotechnics werent there either and he said he was going to call the owner and call me back which he never did ************) the next day I called ********** the owner and she never responded. The next day I called (**********) and she finally responded to ask about my deposit that was written in contract and complain about my clouds, pyrotechnics, security and the money for the servers. They told me their phone was about to die and they would call me back. Three days passed and I kept calling *** as well the one who gave me the contract ***********) with no answer until they called back told them I needed my money and gave me the same excuses. I called on a different number and gave them a different name just to see if they would respond and they immediately Responded after I told them I was interested
