I took them my 2 sample screens for measurements to make 4 more screens for my windows I ordered my 4 screens and paid over $500 for them instead of a deposit. The receptionist who took my order said can you leave them here to measure and I did and at NO time did she say I need to tell her to keep them and at NO time did she tell me we will throw away my sample screens . When I picked up my new screens they did not give me my sample screens I left, I called them back and the lady receptionist said come pick them up then called me back 10 minutes later and said we do not have your screens I told her I need my screens. The next day they called me back and told me the customer you are wrong and we do not have your screens I tried to talk to them to make it right but they just kept blaming me and did not offer any solution at all this is the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen. Do not use this company they are not honest and blames the customer for their mistake instead of offering solutions or make it right.

Mr. **** was very abusive and used extreme foul language and was aggressive in tone and communication. We are always happy to resolve any issues to help customers achieve their goals. The finished product was satisfactory and customer picked his orders with satisfaction.
He had placed two orders which both were picked up at different times within a three week interval between orders. First order was picked up satisfactory second order picked up three weeks later and delivered with satisfaction. A week after second order was picked up with a balance still pending customer called with an abusive delivery of communication contesting that he had requested his original two screens.
Happy to help find resolution with proper communication.
