My Technician, **** **** was diligent, professional and knows his crafts. The moment he came in to my house, I just knew he was the right person for the job. I had a toilet that needed to be installed, plus water leakage from the attic to the utility room. He explained what he was going to do and along the way vociferated his intentions how he was going to solve the problems. He identified the root causes and reasonably put a containment plan in place to fix the problems.

*****************. ************* Professionalism. And most importantly, quality and thorough work. I had the pleasure of having **** fix my plumbing. He gave me tons of information and knowledge on the issue. How he would fix it. And what I could do to prevent it going forward.
