Horrible experience. Purchased a new used vehicle on October 18th, 2024 at 12:30pm. We were advised the *** was in excellent condition and a great buy by the salesman **** *****. We specifically asked if the car stopped today would the repair be covered by ******** and Will said, Yes. The CarFax showed no issues. At 2:30pm, the same day, October 18th we were headed out of town and the *** stopped working. Will with ******** picked up the car and brought it in for service. We were not offered a loaner vehicle. We missed our out of town engagement. October 24th Will claimed their best mechanic fixed the problem which was the thermostat and it was repaired. November 3rd, *** stopped again with the same engine warning ??. I then had to pay to have the car delivered back to ******** dealership and as of today, November 6th the car is still in the shop and no one has personally reached out to me to apologize or offer any explanation or towing reimbursement. I am completely disappointed and have very little faith in the warranty or this company. This is NOT the type of service I would associate with the ******** Cadillac name/organization. Update: November 7th at 9:32am, After I left a ****** review, I was contacted by used car manager **** *********. He advised, he was aware of an issue and ******** would cover the repairs. On November 8th, 2024, I was told the thermostat sensor needed replacing. Later on the same day Will called and stated that after they replaced the thermostat sensor but, the *** stopped again when the service team test drove the ***. The *** is still at ******** The *** is a lemon. We requested a FULL a refund including purchase price plus Tax, tile, license and other fees but we were told ******** does not normally give the money back.

This is usually install for a person with medical vision condition and I needed show a doctors letters. I am female, a senior and I don't have that type disability. I do not have such a letter and the dealership did not share this with me. I was livid and upset. The inspector told me, that I would have to have this tint removed or obtain a letter from m doctor. The inspector told that he would go ahead and pass the car, paid $7 but I would have the same problem next year. I left the shop and went to second shop Express Car for a second opinion and was told told the same thing.I called the ******** Cadilliac dealership on 08/09/24 and shared what I had experienced and asked how could this be.
