    I cancelled my membership before the next scheduled payment date of 5/26/2024. I called and spoke with the Salon Director and she refused to provide a refund and went on to say my contract was not valid. I have not signed a new contract while the business name/management changes several times.

    The files are attached are applicable. The original membership contract she provided that has the expiration date of June 2024 is what we go off of for every guest who has not gotten on a new membership offered by our Franchise. It states that she is required to request a cancellation 15 days before her next payment date. She requested it 10 days prior so we went by the membership contract she signed just as we do with every guest. **** asked for her current month's (April) amount of $56.00 to be refunded. The amount requested of $280 is not valid or applicable in any way, but we hate that she has gone this far and would be happy to offer her the original requested amount of $56 to help resolve this matter and make her happy. We apologize that the issue has been taken to this extent and hope we can get this resolved as it is not a correct reflection of our business values.

    Please refrain from sending anything to the email ******************************************************************* and instead send to *************************************************** Our entire staff can see the emails that go to the Lubbock email and I would prefer they not be involved. This matter has unfortunately been blown entirely out of proportion as this guest is asking for a large amount that was not originally asked for and was cancelled upon request like she asked. Thank you for your time.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I should be refunded the amount for the last month 4/29 $56.00 because I cancelled my subscription and have the proof that I cancelled at an appropriate time frame.

    I am trying to respond to her rejection which she states she has rejected my prior offer of refunding her the previous months membership payment although her rejection states she wants a refund of the $56. That was literally stated in my response to her, but it is telling me there is no actions required currently and I have no place to insert a response to her rejection.
