Tyler Technologies maintains ****** *****, ********************** Records. I became aware in January of 2023 that a legal matter that I had from 2018 , that I served time for and I also payed my fines and fees. Cases were closed as of December 2018. Fast forward to 2022 and all of the sudden I was supposedly served by certified mail of 2 impending court dates per these 2 closed cases for bond forteiture and civil lawsuit. First , they served an address that I have not resided at in over 8 years and I keep my DL up to date and they also served me at the Bail bond office that I have since found out is no longer in business. Per these 2 court dates in 2022 that because I was not actually served nor aware ... I did not show up and they found me and said ************ liable . As soon as I became aware of this matter, I immediately called the **************************** Clerks desk and after speaking with the Clerk and then Their Supervisor, I was informed that it was a mistake , as the matter was only against the Bondsman and that all records regarding my name would be corrected and any and all debt against me would be taken care of immediately by the Dallas County Courts, which it was and I am very grateful for them. February 7 2023, Dallas County Courts paid in full this civil amount for Me. However , the ************************** Tyler Technologies has yet to correct my record and now a case that was dismissed and closed now states on my backgound that I was found guilty of a possession of a deadly dangerous drug , which was actually an antibiotic pill . It only states that I was in possession of a deadly dangerous drug. This is very upsetting to me , as I have been turned down for numerous jobs because of this matter. I contacted Dallas County Courts again today and after being shuffled around to multple departments , was told to contact an Attorney. I do not have the money to hire an Attorney to handle a very simple matter that can be corrected . I have the original documents from my case if that is the issue. It seems that these people are disposing of the original paper documents as they are scanning them into their software/database. This is a huge problem for a lot of people , as if the person doing the *** job is not paying attention, they can very easily add records to the wrong persons record ... as when these documents are copied into a persons record ... any and all personal identifying info of a person on the document becomes the personal info of the record/file it is copied into.

Tyler Technologies will not provide constructive feedback as to what happened to deleted files in my pro se Dallas County Divorce Case XXXXXXX. Instead, a lawyer for Tyler Technologies who works in Maine and is not licensed in Texas named ***** *** wrote a responsive reply to my subpoena duces tecum to Tyler Technologies letting me know that the Dallas County Civil Court deleted records. How is this possible? Tyler Technologies is a State of Texas actor and is trying to avoid the accountability. I have been stuck in an over three year litigation to get a divorce. I have been unable to see my child or access my files that the Court deleted. Not even the TX AG (Texas Attorney General) office is able to locate the files. Do not use efiling manager because the Court is able to delete files. I've had eight different judges and my case just keeps getting hopscotched. I have an active USAA by and through Blink insurance company claim for up to $50,000.00 USD but Tyler Technologies appears to blame the Court. I blame Tyler Technologies for the absolutely disturbing and sickening way the efiling manager State of Texas Actor, Tyler Technologies, jacked my case up. I am prevented from accessing my child, my files, or my divorce. Where the heck is my American justice? WTF

    Business response

    08/08/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/07/14) */ Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. ******'s complaint. As an initial matter, we note that Tyler Technologies, Inc. ("Tyler") received written notice of this complaint from your office on July 12, 2020. Tyler Technologies, Inc. ("Tyler") provides efiling software and services to the Dallas County Civil Court. On June 16, 2020, Ms. ****** filed a subpoena duces tecum requesting all records in Tyler's possession related to a particular court proceeding to which she was a party. In response to Ms. ******'s subpoena, Tyler provided Ms. ****** with all responsive documents in our possession and informed Ms. ****** that "....to the extent your request seeks copies of documents filed in the case that were filed more than thirty (30) days prior to Tyler's search, those records are no longer in Tyler's custody, possession, or control, as said records are removed by the Court after thirty (30) days from date of filing. Tyler retains only the associated filing information related to records older than thirty (30) days, which we have produced in the attached documents." Tyler cannot provide Ms. ****** with records it does not possess. The Dallas County Civil Court establishes all policies related to the retention of court records in connection with the use of Tyler's efiling services. Please let us know if we can provide any further information to help resolve this matter. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/07/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Tyler Technologies is a STATE ACTOR. Tyler Technologies has the responsibility of keeping records and files as I am a pro se party to my own case. How is this possible for the Court to wipe records with no recycle bin? This run around is not normal. Tyler Technologies gets paid millions of dollars every year even the Attorney General Office has NO Files that APPARENTLY got deleted by the Court. I've been complaining to Tyler Technologies for years. I do not understand why the files are Missing. I've been waiting over three years for a divorce and now the court mishandled my case because of Tyler Technologies negligence.
