    I called on April 22nd 2022 to cancel my services that was on a monthly basis. Talked to receptionist and she said that she would take care of the cancellation. Well invoices were still sent monthly from that point for the whole year. Fast forward to April 15th 2023 and they processed a payment for $73 that day. I reached out that day and left voicemails and even emails and never received any response. Invoices still kept coming in emails monthly. Well on July 17th 2023 another payment was taken out. So I sent an email stating that I need to talk to somebody ASAP or Im reporting them to BBB and getting a lawyer. So I finally receive a call from disgruntled employee stating that was an aggressive email dont I think and rambling on not even letting me get a word in. He said he just needed to have me on record stating I had a lawyer and that my lawyer could get in contact with theirs. I told him I said I would look into getting a lawyer and he said he doesnt give a sh*t about the BBB cause they dont matter. He also said they have their own lawyers for stuff like this. They have thousands of customers and he also doesnt care about the money that was taken through those payments cause they could give that back no problem. He kept cursing and rambling on that my lawyer would have to talk to their lawyer since that was the case but kept asking what the name of my lawyer was so he could reach out to them but he said he couldnt discuss it with me. He stated lawyers would have to discuss it between each other. Dont know how you employee anybody with that temperament. He was throwing his weight around like hes mr big sh*t running his mouth over a telephone like he owns the business. Would never recommend them to anybody.

    I want my contract cancelled with this company. I signed an initial one-year contract, which has long expired (in 2020), and they keep billing me on a month-to-month basis because they require a signed service cancellation form, even after the one-year contract has expired. I am willing to take ownership that I didn't know about the cancellation form and didn't realize they have been billing for me for the last two years for $103/month. I simply thought that when the 1-year contract ended, the billing ended. But after thoroughly going through my financial accounts, I became aware of the ongoing monthly charge. I have sent them 12 emails and have left 3-4 voicemails for the owner ***** ********* over the last couple weeks. I even tried emailing the initial representative who signed me when I first was a customer of Mr. Credit Solutions, but I'm not sure if she's still an employee there after 2 years. No one answers the phone, responds to emails, or returns voicemails, but they must still have staff there because I was just billed a few weeks ago. I don't know what to do at this point. I am tempted to cancel the debit card they have on file for billing, but I'm worried they will attempt to file something on my credit report. Like I said, I just want the billing to end from this point on forward.
