The lawyer ***** ******, did not show up at court and failed to notify them I was being represented by him. As a result I got a warrant and now am out 401 dollars because of it. Do not hire these people. Here is proof he said he filed representation, but I called the court and he did not until 2024.Initial Complaint

I hired this firm and we received a full dismissal on my ticket case. I was very happy with the outcome, but my insurance company wants to see proof that the case was dismissed. It was dismissed over 2 weeks ago. I asked **************** for a copy of the Judge's order, and he says the Judge hasn't signed it yet, but that he will send me a copy of the dismissal once the court sends him a copy. It's been over 2 weeks and still the Court has not signed the order so I just want the signed order please.Initial Complaint

Hired this attorney September of 2022- he did reach out to the court and was able to get a plea deal, that i did decline and wanted to take it to trail that was in October 2022 to date i have called over 15 times left messages and emailed 10 to 15 times. I called the court and they stated that he never reached back out to the courts and my please deal expired. He still has not responded. My hopes is he sees this and responds to me so that i can request he recuse himself as my lawyer so that i can hire another lawyer.Initial Complaint

On October 30, 2023 I paid The ****** Law Firm $110 to represent me in court for a traffic ticket (minor violation). Upon receipt of the money, *********************** did not proactively communicate with me about the status of the case, despite the fact I emailed him several times asking for updates. In February of 2024, I called the court where the ticket was issued and discovered that *********************** had never appeared in court to represent me, as stated. The ****** Law Firm is fraudulently representing consumers who have traffic tickets issued in *****, and I would like to warn other consumers so they may avoid a situation where I am now (my ticket has gone to collections and nearly tripled in price).Initial Complaint

Please do not use this company. Like many others report the lawyer will not follow thru and will lie to you. I hire so that I could get a speeding ticket dismissed and not reported on my record. Instead I got the ticket report and a failure to appear in court ticket and 2 warrants for my arrest. So now I also have a criminal record that hopefully does not impact my job. So messages started out great we should be able to get this ticket dismissed for you with out issues. You might want to save some money so that you can pay for any additional court cost. Ha should have been my first sign right. After that not real communication except that everything was still in good standings and he should have it resolved soon. Come to find out it was resolved in July when he did not appear in court or ask for different date. But I was still getting message from him all is good. Well I received 2 notices from a collection company on unpaid fines for the court. When I called to find out what this was for I was told it was for the original ticket and for a failure to appear in court warrant. And that I also had two warrants for my arrest due to this. ***** was stun as I was told by lawyer all was good. I then called court to find out more info. Yes they received letter that I was being represented and sent communications to them. A date was set and when lawyer did not show I was immediately guilty and charge for ticket and failure to appear. Warrants issued. At this time nothing can be done to change and I need to pay and have record for failure to report. This lawyer still lies and says he follow up with court make sure its all good. When he know **** good and well its not. Also now not responding. So only thing he told truth on was he file that he represent me and I need to save additional money for court cost. As this will cost me 4X what just paying ticket and having it hit my record. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Initial Complaint

This business took on a traffic case for me and then went missing over time when the courts asked me to appear in court. The company wont answer the phone, emails, and voicemails. I am in danger of license suspension and being arrested. I depend on my license to earn a living and this matter is urgent.Initial Complaint

I hired *********************** on 28JAN2023 to represent me for a traffic citation received 13JAN. On several occasions following (30JAN, 14MAR, 01SEP), I confirmed with **************** that the case was in good standing and he was addressing the citation with the court. When I reached out for a status update in OCT I received no reply and decided to call the courthouse. I was informed that a letter of representation was never submitted and my lawyer never appeared at hearings on JAN, JUL, ***, leading to a warrant for my arrest. The court had been sending notifications to an old address of mine, so I was unaware of the developing situation. After many calls/texts, **************** eventually text replied and stated the warrant had been dismissed. Since then, over the past 45 days, all calls and correspondence have gone unanswered. His firm has the documentation I need to resolve my outstanding debt to the court and he will not respond, making it impossible to pay and leaving me in bad standing with the court once again.Initial Complaint

*********************** is an attorney who selected to represent me via the Off The Record ***** Traffic Ticket dismissal website. The attached documents show that he started representing me in May and since then I have learned that the county courthouse sent my citation to collections, issued a warrant for my arrest and received NO letter of representation from ***** or any attorney to represent me. Throughout this process, ***** has been completely sanguine about everything and made it seem as if everything was going fine. Meanwhile, had I been pulled over in a traffic stop I could have gone to jail. Now I have additional fees tacked onto my ticket such as a Warrant Fee and a Collections Fee, am still at risk of going to jail due the warrant being issued, and still have a citation to pay for the original ticket. This is all in addition to the money that I paid ***********************/Off The Record online service back in May. The best outcome for me would be for him to finish this job so that I avoid having to pay the traffic ticket for which I originally hired him to resolve or the additional fees that have been added to his failure to file representation with the court.Initial Complaint

On February 22nd I hired Attorney prime to help me resolve some issues with traffic violations I had received. I was consulted and upon reviewing my case I was told that I would probably see dismissals in my case. I was not necessarily looking for assurance of this but needing the honest truth. I paid the fee for services and they were ultimately hired. After several weeks of waiting I never heard anything and I reached out for an update. I got a response that they had heard nothing and that I should hear something in 2 weeks. I waited and asked for another update 3 weeks later and received a similar message that it would be another 2 weeks before hearing anything. A week after, on May 7th, I received a letter in the mail for a warrant that I thought would have been taken care of so I sent it to them. I got no immediate response until over a week later, May 18th, which they then stated I had already entered a plea. Which I never did and they had no answer for. On May 26th I received an email that there was no offer and I would have to pay the full ticket and this would end my services. I understand that there are times that nothing can be done on a court case but, how did we come to this conclusion. There was little to no communication unless I asked for updates. I paid for representation and ** being told that they wouldnt represent me in a trial. Even when I call I am routed to another number and only get a voicemail. I almost think this isnt even a real attorneys office. I want my money back!
