My vehicle is a 2019 ford f150. I took it in for transmission issues in May of 2021 and I waited a month for it to get fixed. And did not fix the issue and was told it was normal. Took it back in May of 2022 and my truck was dying on the road at random witch is a safety issue for me and my family. Was told they would look into it. After 2 weeks of calling and asking if they looked at it, they said they ordered the part. I had to call multiple times to get told that it was on backorder until July 28 of 2022. In the beginning of July, I got a rental. The tire was low after a couple of days. And I called and asked if I can take it to get air and was told to put air into tire, so I did several times. After I put air into the tire one day I was with my family and the tire blew out on the highway in rush hour. And they would not answer the phone because they were about to close. so, I had the car towed in for a tire. I got the car back the next day after waiting 2 hours on my lunch break and they said I can go on my break and people would be there and they weren't. The parts had come in for my truck and they installed them. They said after the test drive they would call me. I picked up my vehicle and I got no paperwork no anything to say work was done. I got on the highway and my vehicle died on the highway and I got off on an exit and got to the turn around and it would not start. I had to push my vehicle across 3 lanes in rush hour and it was very unsafe all while I was on hold with Gene Messer and no one answered. Finally got my truck started and drove it back. I couldn't get my rental until the next day. and got my rental back the next day. I called several times for a diagnosis. They ordered a part after not diagnosing it properly and called several times and was told part id backordered until October. I feel they are throwing parts at it and not fixing the issue. My vehicle is under warranty. I just want my vehicle fixed properly and be safe. Please help

I am trying to receive the title for a vehicle I bought in February. I've waited 6 months and have been understanding of their many excuses/problems, but I am undergoing training and dont have time for this. I harbor no ill will, and no longer trust them at all as a consumer. I PCS'd to Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico in February 2022. I had flown in from Georgia and needed to buy a vehicle. On February 19, I test-drived for 30 minutes and then purchased a vehicle from Gene Messer Ford Lubbock. This was my first car purchase and I asked plenty of questions to make sure I did everything right. I was told in person and on the phone that my title/license plate would come in the mail in two weeks, which it never did. The first issue arose after I bought the vehicle. ***** ****** then drove to refuel the vehicle and returned it to me. As I left the lot, the tire pressure light came on and I went to refill the tires. There I had noticed the front right tires hubcap had been recently chipped and now puncturing into the tire. I immediately went back to query this, but Mr. ****** and most of the staff had left. I spoke with another sales person ( **** ***** I think ), and was told there was nothing to worry about for my 2 hour drive back home. I personally did not feel safe driving the vehicle 2 hours back on unknown roads, so I spent the weekend out of pocket at a hotel to be able to discuss the issue when they open on Monday. On Monday, I waited 4 hours so that they could RELUCTANTLY give me a different badly warped tire and was told to come back next week. No regard for safety. This is just 2 of the 5 issues that fits within the character limits. In May, I spoke in person with ***** to resolve my title issue and was told to give him a week. He has since not returned any of my calls. I have tried multiple times to ask for the manager to resolve this issue, and I am either hanged up on or sent to different people like ****** ********* who ghosts me or doesnt follow up. Clarification for a previously submitted complaint: The USAA bank has not received the title and reached out to me. I desire that the dealership send the title to them directly rather than through me.

Gene Messer Ford took my F350 in on trade and will not pay off Ford Motor Credit. The trade took place on May 14th and has not been paid off to date. 24 days so far. Ford Motor Credit is saying that any late payment will reflect on me.
