    I purchased a car on July 10th. I called them later that afternoon stating I didn't want it that I felt like something was wrong with the vehicle. I was informed to sleep on it by the manager. The next day I figured I couldn't get out of the car since they stated since I drove it off the lot for them to put gas in it then it was mine. So I scheduled a pick up. Upon picking up the vehicle it was NOT clean by any means, the warning light for ZERO windshield fluid was on, and that it was due for an oil change. I called again on 7/11/2024 to get out of the vehicle with no response or call back from the manager. I went in to the dealership on 7/12/2024 and spoke with a DIFFERENT manager about getting out of the car and they stated it was above their pay grade to make that decision. On 07/13/2024 I spoke with the manager that could make that decision and he stated he could "show me the book on what I'm actually getting". I stated I even knew what the crash rating, engine rating, and the ******* rating was on the vehicle and I didn't need a guy to read me a book. He then stated he would get me out of the car and put me in another one. On 07/15/2024 I went into the dealership again and we started the process. I had been treated so badly on the 13th that I submitted a ****** review. It was published on the 15th. I went in on 07/16/2024 to finish the deal of getting me out of the vehicle and he would no longer honor that deal and unwind the car because of the review. From the 13th to the 16th he bounced me between different managers because he would no longer face me. I am now having to go through the finance company to get it to unwind since they will no longer honor the deal that was established on the 13th. The process can take up to 30 days. So for 30 days I have to wait to see the finance companies decision. Until then because the manager backed out of his decision to send funds back I am stuck in a car I do not trust.

    I traded in my car for a lemon ************************* tried to give it to me with out the horn working (wasnt inspected)and it over heated n turned off.. the first day.. along the 4 months having the vehicle it was in and out of the shop the whole time when I wanted out of the vehicle they attempted 2xs and said Id be upside down and needed a down payment.. single mother of three I feel they took advantage of my trust and once they had their money I was more a problem everytime I contacted themnow Im left with out a vehicle and dnt knw what to do(more to the sorry)

    On January 19th of this year my wife and I signed ALL paperwork for a used car at Pollard **** finance, our financing was through a third party finance company. We are extremely disappointed in our experience, and we feel the need to make all we can aware of our experience, as we are sure we are not the only victims. We got a call on the 27th (our car still not ready for ** to pick up) that we need to come by their office and RESIGN a couple pages of paperwork. We wondered aloud on the way why we would need to RESIGN paperwork. When we arrived we were met at the customer service desk, no office to sit down and talk about what we were doing, just a hurry and sign here situation. Three documents were laid out in front of us and asked us to make sure our names were correct for the title and sign here, no big deal. I noticed a yellow sticky note in the center of the Application for ***** Title. When I removed the sticky note I noticed the numbers we had agreed to in the signed contract on the 19th had changed, this document showed the price for the car we were purchasing had been changed, it was $1000 over the price we agreed on and signed a contract for. Apparently the dealer funding request from our finance company indicated there was more money available than the agreed to in our contract so POLLARD ***** WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT, CHANGED ALL THE PAPERWORK, OUR SIGNED AND DATED CONTRACTS, TO GET EVERYTHING THEY COULD FROM OUR FINANCE COMPANY. THEN TRIED TO CONCEAL THIS FRAUD BY ******* ** THR0UGH SIGNING DOCUMENTS WITH ****** NOTES HIDING THE CONTENTS OF THE DOCUMENTS!! And yes, I have the documents to prove this statement. When we called them out on this they actually tried to refund that amount they added to the contracts with EXTENDED WARRANTIES, UNBELIEVABLE!! I will absolutely never do business with Pollard **** again and I would advise everybody to do the same.
