  I entered the business with a prescription for hand therapy. I entered with my service dog. The business owners pet dogs rushed and attacked my service dog upon entering. I was then told to leave, she would not do business with me. I called police and she then filed trespassing on me. All I did was walk in for treatment and was attacked by her pet dogs. One of her dogs bite my service dog.

  The service dog in question is a German shepherd.  The dogs here are a weenie dog and a shitzu.  The shepherd attacked my dogs and never got within 4 ft because they were scared.     I have footage of the mans dog attacking other people recorded from his ******** which he has recently taken down.   Service dogs must be calm and not present a threat.   This one did not obey the owners commands and had to be drug out.   I have all kinds of service dogs enter here that are well trained that have never posed an issue and they are welcome.

  I am rejecting this response because:   owner has absolutely no video in any form or from any source of my service dog or any do I've ever owned attacking anyone or anything. I share videos on ******** of other trainers and THEIR dogs. Never mine. And my service dog never once attacked her dogs. She defended herself from ****'s dogs and I guarantee you she has no proof otherwise. She was not even in the reception area when this initially started. Her claims of defense are 100% false. My dog is fully trained and obeys every command just as she did this day.

  Yes sir. I do inside and I have witnesses.   I have the video from FB of your dog attacking and you are narrating the attack.   Also all the slander you have send out.  This man also received another criminal trespassing and was arrested the next day for assault.   These were additional issues that he caused others.

  I am rejecting this response because:   again, false claims. No video to prove her ridiculous accusations about me and my service dog. Never been a video of her attacking anyone or anything. *** never a video of me doing that with her or any dog. Please share this video you claim you seen. As for the other charges she pathetically brought up; they're unrelated to this and you are more than welcome to contact my family that made them and they can explain. Charges will be completely dropped once they get off a dusty desk. I will not be lied about or slandered by **** any further. I will proceed legally and share my own evidence in a courtroom. Guess ************* didn't know I'm always on video, as much as she's been stalking my ********* She should know. I only made a complaint here because it's my right. She responded poorly and inappropriately. Thank you for your time, BBB. Obviously she chooses to lie about it so we will just gonto court and see just how many seconds it was before ************* even entered the reception area after her precious little puppies attacked my service dog. Thank you again for you time and willingness to try and help a situation morally.
