This company was called to tow my vehicle when we were involved in a collision. The guy that called them was someone that has a mechanic shop, and they were the ones that reached out to Cantu Towing to get my vehicle picked up. That only did they come out within 5 minutes, but they towed it to the shop which was only 4 MI away. They charged my bank $1,312 for the tow that they did. Including charges of management decisions, absorption charges, clean up fees, mileage which was not the correct mileage. And they went as far as putting a $600 office fee or administration fee. I'm filing with the courts over this because the cop that was out there has video footage of when they arrived on the scene, what they did, and how long they were there. I believe they are doing fraudulent things to get this type of bill sent out. They thought they were going through my insurance company which was not the case. And I strongly advise anybody dealing with Cantu Towing to think again. These people are scamming people somehow, but I am going to file necessary steps to get these people to reimburse my bank for the charges that are bogus.Review from Acadia R

This is the worst company to ever exist. They are all grimey, money hungry, rude, and arrogant. They TRIED illegally towing my car last night. They need their license revoked again.Review from Michael J Crowhorse C

Spoke with a ***** Manager at this place. Took my vehicle wich has the Cerfied PARKING sticker. It goes to show how unprofessionaly they carry themselves when my car had been parked over a year same place. Car was parked legally on apartment premises since begining of 2023. The manager was Defensive and very rude from the begining. Looks like there looking for alot drama intentional and very unprofessional. Their training to see a parking sticker is not adequate and the Driver that cant read the stickers on our cars is no excuse. Missed work this morning and after going to pick up my car they were unprofessional and didnt apologize for their mistake. This company deserves to be out of business.
