I wish I could give negative stars! I have a brand new **** home and this is the only company in my area that is contracted to do warranty work. I called the manufacturer; they told me to call Precision and they will take care of me under the warranty on both parts and labor. I called Precision and the woman had me spell my name at least 6 times, then told me multiple times they did not install my unit. I explained to her I understand that. It was delivered with the unit already installed (manufactured home), but they are the warranty provider in my area. She said she needed to make some calls and call me back. I in turn called the manufacturer again to request them to please recommend me someone else. While I was on the phone with them, I heard a representative in the background talking on the phone to Precision about my case. I heard the woman tell her if they do the work today, they would have a check out to them by Friday and I was covered for both parts and labor. Unfortunately,The manufacturer told me this was the only person they have in my area so I hung up and waited for Precision to call me back. I assumed there would be no issue since I heard her conversation and that hey told her I was covered for parts and labor and she would be paid. Precision calls me back and told me they will only fix it if I pay them cash. My unit is only 5 months old and the one warranty company that is contracted won't fix it. I figure they are going to make me pay for the work, then turn around a file a claim and get paid again. I would not use these people EVER! Even if they were the last A/C company on the face of the earth. HORRIBLE absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.We called another company, they told us they hear alot of complaints about Precision and their business practices and completely understood. They sent someone out to fix our issue and did not charge us a dime. That is what customer service is and that is how you win long time customers.
