I took my vehicle to this shop for the first time in the 3rd quarter of 2023 for overheating issues. They replaced the radiator ( I had told them this wasn't the issues and it wasn't adding up to what was happening and the radiator had been changed within a year of this incident) At the end of November the car started over heating again. I dropped it off early December for repairs and just got the car for the final time in July. ( Picked up the car in February and July still with issues) At first they said it was the radiator, then fan resistors, then cooling system, then head gasket and finally the whole engine needed to be changed out. I got my vehicle back at the end of July in worse shape then when I dropped it off. I am being told their is no warranty on any of the work done to my vehicle. I've paid a little over ***** out of pocket and they charged warranty repair policy well over ***** and maxed out my policy. Throughout the time they had my car my calls were avoided weeks at a time, always delayed responses, I would be told the car would be done a certain day and it was never ****** car is still running on high temperature. When I picked it up in July it overheated again on the way home, I took it back and the shop told me a hose wasn't secure which was not allowing pressure to hold. Basically there was no need to replace our whole engine And to top it off when my vehicle was picked up the final time I noticed my horn didn't work. the Mechanic Christian advised we would have to pay our of pocket for replacing the whole fuse system. Admitting to needing to unplug the horn but didn't know why, and when the replugged the wiring for the horn the horn beeps consistently. I tried to discuss what options we had to fix it but he just kept saying it's not his responsibility that he doesn't know how the fuse box got wet. my vehicle sat outside on the side of the shop for months while they worked on other vehicles and now do not want to properly fix anything.
