Very pushy calling my house in the evenings. I work nights and I told them to please not schedule my pest control for me and that I would let them know. They continue to show up when not scheduled and would just do the outside of my house because I didnt answer the door, but would still charge me the full amount every time. I guess theyre paid by commission?

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We began your service on September 23rd of 2020. Since that time, we serviced the exterior only on two occasions. The first time was on 08/03/2021. You requested we service the exterior only on that day. The last service we did for you was on the 27th of this month. This service was done on the exterior only. An automated call was sent to your home at 6:26 PM on the 26th letting you know we would be out the next day to service. This is the only service we have ever done at your home that was not scheduled with you. All services performed at your home were performed the day after you received an automated call reminding you, we would be out the next day. Only automated reminder calls are made in the evening. We have no one working evening hours to make calls. Our discounted quarterly rates are offered with the understanding that we will provide and charge for four services a year. If you schedule will not allow this to happen regularly, we understand. We try very hard to accommodate, as much as we can, all our customers in setting up services when it is convenient. We have had to tighten up some on flexibility during this time of rising gas and labor costs. Having customers that can have exterior only, or interior and exterior services performed while we are already in the area, has allowed us to not raise prices on customers while they are experiencing a recession as well. I am confident we can put together a service setup that will fit in our routes, and your very busy schedule. We can stop the reminder calls the night before. You are not the only one who does not want the auto calls. We can provide you with a reminder to schedule call at the beginning of the month, then wait for you to call and set an appointment that fits your schedule. This requires a card on file that is charged around the first day of each month for 1/3 of the quarterly service price. If you would give me a call, I am certain we can work out a plan for you specifically that will fit in our scheduling and your very busy schedule. Working with Gecko is always a pleasure. They send a reminder by phone the night before telling you when they are coming. They are very thorough in their inspection. The inspectors are always courteous and cheerful. They are very careful and considerate of your home environment. We will undoubtedly continue to use them.

Always a great experience with Gecko. They call you the day before to remind you and about 30 minutes before they get there the day of. The young man Landon ******* was very friendly and professional and take care of sprain in every room of my house including the basement. I’ve used them for years and I’ve never been disappointed. The owner Daren Horton does a great job!
