I call to get a quote for the family and myself. I didn't go through because of the pricing. I told the *** I didn't want to go with the policy. Months afer I didn't go with the policy I get a charge of $25.75. So, I called them, and they told me that they didn't know what happened but that they will cancel the policy. I was like what policy, reason why they charged me the policy. I was able to get the policy they made without my authorization but when I tried to get my refund, it was a whole different problem. I had to check the bank statements and show the charge. So, I sent them a screen shot and that wasn't enough. I'm not wasting any more time with these crooks. BEWARE!!!!!I had a policy from February 21, 2022 Term Life. I just canceled on my dad who will be 80 years old 2026. ******. No cash value. It will increase in 2027 and expire. I have paid out about $1500. 00 so far. I asked after it expire what will happen? Nothing. God forbid if my dad pass away before it expire they will pay the $5000 policy I have on him. If he doesn't, before 2027, Nothing. I get Absolutely nothing. In 2027 i would've given Globe Life like $3100.00. What's wrong with Globe Life. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!Review from Weruschka O

I had a bad experience with AIL. You were instructed to debit my account on the 1st of a month. You couldn't do that and so you tried to debit my account on three separate dates namely 3rd, 4th, and 14th. You have affected my credit score. I have not even received my policy document. Holding times on your phone lines is simply ridiculous. I was holding on for over 40 minutes to speak to an agent, who couldn't help me and so I was transferred again with another wait time of 27 minutes! Totally unacceptable. The agents I were able to speak to could not assist me and I now demand the one and only premium you collected from me back! I advise consumers NOT to put their life insurance and or funeral cover in the hands of this incompetent company. Enough is enough! Zero stars to AIL!Globe Life Inc. Response

Worse customer service in the world! On hold for 20 minutes! They also said they would cover me for $1 for first month. Then they looked at my health and denied me and mailed my dollar back. Bad company!Globe Life Inc. Response

I'm told my life insurance policy is being canceled for non payment! But I've actually have all of my money order's. Also sometimes I get paid twice in a month. ** because 1st check is for the current month, and the 2nd check is for the fallowing month!!Anyways now my life insurance is canceled the women said. And I guess I don't get no refund after paying since 2016. WOW!! I told the worker I cansend in my money order reciept copies to show I paid. The Globe Life women said" we won't accept any proof from me!! I was told my account is behind a payment, but my daughter's is current. I said that's impossible, I mail both payments together everytime!! SCAMMERS!!Globe Life Inc. Response

Bunch of ******** scam ever. Takes payments then sends a **** saying past due. Don't waste your money and time on a company that screws you over. We payed every month for the last 10 years, they need to refund both of our payments for the last 10 years.Globe Life Inc. Response

Globe Life will not stop sending mail and advertisements after several requests to cease all mailings to me. I have called and requested to be removed from their mailing list and I sent several written requests. They continue to send a harassing amount of advertisements and its normally at least 3 pieces of junk mail per week. This is very disrespectful to continue to do this even several months after agreeing to discontinue. I would never do business with this type of disrespectful company.Globe Life Inc. Response

My parents started a policy for me when I was baby and I just turned 26 this year. They were guaranteed a price for the rest of my life and we come to find out they now wanted to charge double then the base they were given. They were never told that the price would change when I reached 26. They are now out thousands of dollars over the past 25 years of paying for something that we had to cancel today. The amount that was suppose to be covered and guaranteed for was $50,000 but when doing the math after paying the amount they wanted to up charge by the time I would be estimated deceased we would of paid over $44,000. This place is a rip off and a scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also the costumer service needs to be better trained on both their costumer services and how to answer basic questions. Again do not recommend.Globe Life Inc. Response
