Company left me in hot sun for hours. They kept telling driver is on the way You try to get update and they never answer phone and voicemail is always full ****** the dispatcher if you get her on the line was very rude and very unprofessional. They never showed and had to call *** to get anotherwrecker I called and ****** **** up on me

This company left me and my car stranded for over 6 hours. My AAA company told me that they would be able to help. When calling in they keep telling you in 40 minutes . When speaking with anyone at the business they are insulting and know that you need their assistance so they will use that as leverage against you when speaking with you on the phone. Multiple bad reviews and similar experiences should be a dead give away to not doing business with this company. You can tell based on the response pattern of the owner to all the bad reviews clearly details the professionalism of this company.

After having a Terrible experience with this company myself I wouldnt recommend insurance companies to use this company. They are unprofessional and trash. The BBB should investigate this company and look at all there very similar reviews. I wish I would have.

This was the worst towing company ever. After calling the main number to lodge a complaint I can see where the extremely poor to nonexistent customer service stems. Progressive setup the tow service and initially made the mistake on the delivery address. I explained to the driver the address was incorrect and gave him the correct address. He said ok no problem I will take care of that for you. Well 4 hours later and the mechanic calls says the vehicle never arrived. The driver didnt change the delivery address as agreed. I called the driver multiple time s and he wouldnt answer until I threatened him that I will report my vehicle stolen then I get a call immediately. I called the main number to report/ lodge a complaint and instantly received attitude. Also asked to talk to a manager apparently this was the manager. So I asked to talk to the owner and was told she would not give me that information and that I should figure that out on my own. I let my insurance know they probably should not ever use this company again if they care anything about there reputation.

If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I begin. The tow was ordered at 8:30 am on a Friday. My friend ( whos car was in distress)had an important interview to go to and I had several deliveries expected to my home as I had just closed on my house and the arrival time was 2 hours for the tow . Understanding the time of day, I wasnt upset by the fact that they were doing what they could. Or so I thought. I let my friend go prepare for her interview while I kept an eye on the vehicle. The police eventually showed up and threatened to tow the car if it wasnt moved in the next hour, so I pulled up the tracker to see eta and it said the rescuer had arrived. Not sure where because he was nowhere in site. After talking to dispatch, I was informed that he PASSED me in route to do a drop elsewhere and pinged him at my location and that I was the next pick up in ***** min. I gave that info to the police and they cut me some slack. HOWEVER, the truck did not show up until 40 minutes later, and after another call to dispatch that I expressed how infuriated I was on how they were now over 40 min passed original eta, and nobody is telling me anything. Nobody was communicating. The driver finally arrives and first words out of his mouth were your going to have to pay out of pocket for this labor insurance wont cover itIm sorry not a hello, hi, kiss my ****.. nothing. So I kept my cool(surprisingly) and said it not my car and Im not sure if there is a card on file that my friend said she had one on file. He went to his truck to see if they would approve the extra labor. I stood by my car while he checked and heres where I lost it he never got back out of the truck. HE JUST LEFT. No explanation no nothing. I had to call dispatch to see why he just left, the response was insurance didnt approve the extra labor. I wouldve paid the difference. When I told he she sighed and said shed call bk. They stopped answering my calls and Have yet to hear from them!!
