today I went to mcallen bert ogden nissan, and I met with sales person Hector ******, and he showed me a 2024 nissan kicks, I told him I really wanted a used one, and he said its better if you get this kicks, because on new kicks we offer a 5.9 APR on it, he gave me a payment, and I said no and I left, than he texted me and said I will go lower, I said if you do 440 a month for 60 I will drive the hour back, he messages me back and says ok we got it. I drive an hour back and he runs my credit and he says you do not qualify for the lowest APR so payment will be higher, I call my brother and tell him what's going on. My brother goes on line and he sees that for the nissan 2024 kicks the lowest they are offering is 7.9, so I'm confused because he said with excellent credit it would be 5.9, so I put my brother on the line, so he tells my brother that the lowest APR is 6.5, my brother tells him you told my sister that the apr is 5.9 with excellent credit, he starts screaming on the phone and screaming out loud in the dealership, that he did not say 5.9 but 6.5, the manager sees him screaming and comes out and tells me that the lowest apr is 6.8, he texted this information when I left. so they made me drive an hour because he said that the lowest apr was 5.9 with excellent credit, than he tells me and my brother no its 6.5, than the manager r texts me that its 6.8. My concern is why they keep changing the apr, when it should be standard based on credit, and also why was hector screaming and yelling and the manger never told him to stop Yes, I did not have the excellent, so yes I was not going to qualify for the lowest APR, but my point is why were they playing with APRs when it should be standard based on credit, and made me drive an hour, that is unethical to make up aprs. they changed the apr 3 times

On May 18, 2023 I took my Nissan Murano so that they could repair my rear door latch mechanism. I paid $1263.61 for the repair. Around October 30 I took it back in for the same problem, I left the suv there for 2 days and was told they had too much work. They would call me. I am a senior citizen in my eighties living alone, and I need the vehicle for doctor visits. I argued with them because they would not give me a time period. Afterward I was told by the manager to follow him. I followed him outside thinking he was taking me to the shop. After I went outside, he closed the door on me.

On feb 10,2023 i went to purchase a vehicle for my wife that we saw online under there dealership and we show them the picture of the vehicle and how much it was and they told us that they could keep it at the price that they had it online! So we complain we tried to lower but nothing help and the sales man that was helping us told us that we had to get the GAP cause it was the law we had to get it even though we didn’t want it. The next day we called to the finance company to ask if they require it because as per the dealership we had to purchase as per the finance they told us no you don’t. So I want back to Bert Ogden Nissan to cancel my GAP and until this day we haven’t received the refund and they’re still charging us monthly.

On Monday, November 7th I took my Nissan car to be repaired at Bert Ogden Nissan. The service lights came on. I was told by them that there is a fee of $ 165 dollars for diagnostics and I was fine with that and Left my car there. However, 2 hours later I was called by Bert Ogden Nissan asking for another $ 330 dollars for more diagnostics. I did not agree with that because I was told only $ 165. So I decided to go there to pick up my car and I was forced to pay $ 165 and no diagnostics were provided. I believe they were not honest and trustful with the transaction and I would a refund of $ 165 dollars since I did not get diagnostics.
