            I scheduled photography in March 2022 with Michael for my wedding on October 22, 2022. We paid an initial deposit of $500, with subsequent payments of $300 in May, July, August, and September of this year for a total of $1,700. We owed a remaining amount of $270.15 that we planned to pay the month of our wedding. We had not heard from Michael throughout this process and reached out to confirm details for our wedding. He informed me that he had moved to Romania, but to rest assured that his freelancer Zach D* ***** would cover our wedding. I informed him that would not work for us and requested a refund, which he declined stating he no longer had our money due to his move. For a variety of reasons, my husband and I cannot conduct business with those in foreign countries. I asked again to cancel and he stated Zach would cover. My family, who knows Zach, spoke directly with him and he was unaware of any of the details of our wedding and stated Michael had not spoken to him about this. I told this to Michael who kept reassuring me, while continuing to refuse to accept we were canceling the service or to refund our money. No one showed up for our wedding photography, not Michael or any freelancers of his and we had to hire a new photographer. We have only received $600 back from the funds we paid as Michael lied to ******* *** and told them the services were provided to us, which did not happen. I would like to have the full amount refunded, but know this will not happen and just want to caution others seeking his services.

            The photographer charged me $2,165.00 US dlls. Long story short, I have contacted him for months and months. He only promised and never delivered. His words are “I am very busy and I will work as soon as I can”. He is traveling to other countries to find investors and he is not working for his clients. I would appreciate if the photographer refunds my money. He is very inconsistent in his excuses and we payed him upfront.
