On Aug 10 I purchased a Porsche Macan from a sales *** named ****. I tried asking many questions about the condition of the car and was told up and down that the car had no issues prior or existing, that it was in perfect condition. Within 3 days of taking the car home the car was completely un drivable (I barely got it to a ***air facility). I towed it to a second one to get a second opinion.I was told that the entire transmission was ruined and needed a complete ***lacement (I was quoted over 30k ***air). I also later learned that the whole transfer case had been having issues, issues that were still manifesting themselves, and rodents had been inside chewing on wires. These issues were documented at ******* but once again never disclosed to me until after the purchase. It wasnt even on the Car Fax. There is no way I would have ever bought the vehicle had I known ******* has been a huge battle getting anywhere with Mercedes. I have made dozens of phone calls trying to talk to the ** but just kept getting the run around. After a while I went in person (I dont live close) and found out that there was no longer and still isnt a ** in their store.Every person in management has been horrible to work with and I just get lied to and my time wasted. Of course they refuse to accept any responsibility or help me.Finally they said they would give me a ridiculously low amount of store credit to buy another crappy car from this fraudulent store. I genuinely believe that they knew there were issues and were just trying to get rid of the car and take advantage of me. I am now upside down. I put a huge down payment down. They say they sold it as is, which I understand, but you cant just completely lie and hide the damages My sales person and management are at fault of non-disclosure, fraud, and bad faith. I am extremely upset and have sought legal council and have been told that I have a case, but All I want is a refund and to be out of this horrible situation

I paid over $900 for the schedule ********** Immediately after the service, I noticed that my car drove harshly. Prior to the service, my car drove like the smooth luxury car that it is. After the schedule ********** my car drove like a tow truck. ******* is a compulsive liar. He originally told me that he wouldnt have a loaner car for weeks but when I got there, he promptly gave me one. I immediately brought my car back that day but they closed early (4pm). I called on Monday and brought the car back in on Tuesday. I told ******* that the car is out of ************** said it was impossible because they never took the wheels off. That was the second lie. I showed him my receipt that said that they did take the wheels off. They rechecked my car & came back saying everything is fine. Third lie. I came back the following week because driving over simple pot holes felt like my wheels were going to come off and I did not feel safe. **** was disrespectful & condescending whenever I spoke with him. They gave me a loaner and didnt look at my car for 2 weeks. I had to call to get my car back. **** and the service guy admitted to hearing what I was hearing but did not fix my car. I took my car for a 2nd opinion today & they immediately felt what I felt upon driving & concluded that it was the alignment. The computer report confirmed that my car is out of wack. ************** never checked the alignment and continuously gas lit me. They hit something to get my car out of alignment like that. I am demanding that my car be fixed ASAP and I want to be compensated for my time. ******** ***** and the service guy should be FIRED. ******* continuously intercepted my efforts to go around him. I complained to the ** and ******* gloated when he quit. Ive been driving with my car out of alignment for over a month now & I dont know what damage this has caused. I need to be contacted IMMEDIATELY by the corporate office. I do not want to hear from ******* or ****.

    1. We came to the dealership to check out an 2024 E350 and loved it and decided to fill out the Credit Application to pursue the card.2. Were approved 8.99% initially from sale manager ******************* (******************* was our saleman) and negotiated the rate down to 6.99% as a Final Agreement on the deal, but not on the price so we left.3. ***** called us back and renegotiated and we finally agreed on the deal at $80,500 for 6.99% as the final deal. So, we came to sign on the car (which we signed all) and put down the deposit for down payment and left because the car was not cleaned up and ready on that date.4. We came back the next day to pickup the car and it had a malfunction issue with the screen so we stopped the purchase of that car, but agree to wait for them to deliver another car from another dealership (which they found 1 from Plano store).5. We again, agree to take that car with the same exact deal and were promised that everything is the same except the ***** since it's a different car.6. We came back and met up *************************, a different Finance Guy, from the original deal, but were told the same thing "All paperwork that we signed before should be the same...from Pricing, Fees to Interest Rate of 6.99%"....so we did a quick review and signed off.7. THIS IS WHERE WE WERE CHEATED, BECAUSE the final paper that they turned into the Lender is NOT the same, they changed the interest RATE to 8.09% without our aknowledgement. We were given an IPAD with signatures page ready to go and just signed off on it. 8. We didn't realize it until we got our statement from the Lender showing the **** Interest Rate of 8.09%.9. We came back in to sort it out and were told, that's what they'd have given us....We confronted the Sale Manager and Sale Man and they BOTH Agreed that they gave us 6.99%, but because it's not their territory in Finance, we have to deal with the Finance Guy, who cheated us, but now refused to change it since "It's already submitted as is" he said.

I purchased a 2023 Mercedes *** ** and I also had a trade in in the amount of 43,000.00. The dealership intentionally charged me sales tax on the full amount rather then the difference. In the documentation that they gave me that I had signed, they intentionally excluded the sales contract. I am an accountant by schooling and I know my numbers. I saw they included the loan with **** ** ******* that showed to be higher by approximately 3,000.00. I emailed the finance manager for the sales contract and he sent it to me which confirmed they over charged me for the sales tax. I should have been charged only on the difference of the vehicle purchased and the trade in. They said it was an honest mistake, I don't believe them. If it was why was my sales contract missing, was that an error as well? Now I have to live with a higher monthly payment. Also, I would like to add, when I called them on the vehicle the price they gave me was 1902 less. I asked specifically what was the price before Title, Tax, License and doc fees on the phone and they had given me a number 1902 less. When I walked in, they added dealer additions. Another fraud on their part.

In February 2023 I purchased a used ******* MKX vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of McKinney, *****. We were assured the vehicle had gone through an extensive inspection process for any mechanical issues. We paid approximately $16,000 cash for the vehicle. Within a few days the engine light came on. We took it back and were told sensors had been replaced and the problem was resolved. within 2 weeks the car started having idle problems and stalling. We took it back and after several days were told they couldn't find anything wrong. We took the car back and the next day it was stalling. An engine light came on and a warning light for low oil pressure. We took it back again and they still have it. We paid a lot of money for a vehicle from a dealership we believed had high standards for the vehicles they sell. I fear I have been sold a car with many mechanical issues. We would like to car to brought up to mechanical standards they would warrant the purchase price or the dealership buy the car back.

My son own a 2020 Mercedes-Bens CLA350, on last Saturday he found the engine light was on, so, he took it to the dealership to check the problem, he called the service last Tuesday, was informed that one of the cylinder head need to be replaced, and it's under the warranty, however, the repairment will takes need 4 months and they don't have loaner car for him, I thought this is unacceptable, so we went to the dealership and met the service director Mr. ************, unfortunately he can't promise when he can get us a loaner car, we may need to wait for 10 days to become available, I don't think this is fair to ask any car owner to accept no car to drive for 4 months. I'm here to ask some justification as my son need a car to school.

I always bring my car here for service. I recently had my car in for service a during which my brake pads were inspected. I work from home, so I don't drive much apart from running errands and when we occasionally go out of town. We drove down to Houston this weekend for a wedding, and imagine my surprise when I note my left rear brake pad has completely fallen off because it was so thin. I now need to have the pads, rotors, and left caliper replaced. I bring my car to the dealership knowing that it is significantly more expensive ,because I value reliability and would prefer to have just one place work on the car, so if something goes wrong, it isn't difficult to figure out who's at fault. It is grossly negligent for the dealership to have informed me that my brakes passed inspection and did not need to be replaced. I called the service manager to discuss this. I was told I would receive a call back in 10 min. An hour and a half later, no call. I also purchased my car at this dealership. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of having to replace the rear rotors and rear left caliper since this is the direct result of their failure to perform a proper inspection. I have a 15 month old daughter who rides in the car with me. I would have replaced the brake pads immediately if I was informed they were thin. Thankfully, we were not involved in an accident because of this, but things could have been much worse.

I took my 2012 Mercedes to dealership in McKinney last week. Car has some issues ! I asked the gentleman there how much it will cost to run properly he said he has to let the technician diagnose it and will let me know. After diagnosis he said it will cost $5618.03 and it will be good . I confirmed if it will properly runs good if I pay that much he said yes! Next day on 08/27/22 called me and said car is ready . I picked it up and I drove to work! Next day when I was starting the car I heard the same issue coming from the engine and start to perform the same before the repair. I took it back to dealer and they said they will look at it again then they called me next day telling me that I have to pay around $4500 to fix the problem!!! They are saying it's another problem but car still having the same problem I had before and their diagnose was wrong and they are asking for additional $4500 !if I buy same model with way less mileage I would not pay over &10k But because of their wrong diagnosis they want me to pay an extra $4500 and probably more to fix the issue that I already paid for . .this is really unfair and bad business practice! I've been taking this car to same dealer for years to service and repair and never argued for any kind of repair but this time it's really like screwing me bluntly .
