  I first took ***** to Pretty Polished Paw in August of last year, he came home and went straight to his bed and stayed there all day until the next day, not eating or drinking anything. Me being a first time dog mom I did not think anything of it. I figured he was just tired from being at the groomer's. The next few days we noticed a few spots on his legs and back scabbing up. I thought this dog has gotten into something in that yard. The next time we took him was around Oct/Nov but he did not receive a haircut he only had his nails trimmed and a bath so all was good. WELL! we took him back on 2/22. We ordered the full service(Bath, **** expression, nail trim and teeth brushing). We left him to be serviced. A few hours later my husband goes to pick him up and pays ***** for service and ***** as a tip. Leaves to bring ***** ***** This place had every opportunity to let him know that ***** had several cuts but did not. ***** gets home and goes straight to his bed. Now ***** is a 2 year-old Husky Lab ******* Mix. The sweetest most energetic dog. So I am like poor baby just needs a minute from the groomer. Well he does not move any more and now I notice he is shaking. I immediately talk to my sister in law who is a experienced dog mom. She tells me to touch his nose and if it is still wet and cool then that is good. Advises me to let him rest says he could just be tired. Next day still will not get up to go out to relieve himself or eat and he is still shaking. Call the Vet make and appointment for the next day as per the symptoms they say it could be a minor case of ************ so just watch him. Well as the day goes ***** does start to move around but when we try to pet him, he growls. ***** is not aggressive and loves tummy rubs. My husband examines my fur baby. We find all kinds of cuts on his back, neck and behind his ears. We only find them because he is itching due to the scabs we see. We would like a full refund of cost and tip .
