My wife hired ***** Forsythe to handle a probate case and paid her ***** and gave her original paperwork and not only did she not do anything but take our money and now won't return our original paperwork. This is more than just bad business but this is a case where ***** needs to be accountable for her actions and be arrested. She is stealing peoples money! Do not hire this law firm. Hoping she gets disbarred as well.Review from Marilyn A

I do not know how they still have a license to practice law... I paid them $5,000. to handle the probate case and like everyone else no response, nothing has been done. The property taxes are adding up, the septic system needs to be fixed and the A/C needs to be fixed and they are DOING NOTHING!!! I wouldn't be able to live with myself knowing that I stole a senior citizens money. I also asked her for a refund and got no answer. I really don't want to end up on the street and homeless at 66 years old and trying to stay cancer free. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM!!!Review from Sara S

I had to file a probate case in Tx and their law requires a Tx attorney to do so. I hired this firm after several phone interviews. The paralegal was ********************* who I understand has moved on along with several other paralegals who have been given this case. My Uncle died in 2021 and every time I turned around they kept wanting something different all the time. We finally got a zoom court case and the judge decided my Mom could not possibly be an executor so now we have a dependent administrator letter and cant get a ruling for bills being paid or dispersement of the estate because forsythe law wont participate. Oh and I forgot to mention I was so stressed out I hired a Colorado attorney, which is where we live, to help deal with Tx. STILL cant get anywhere. My Mom is almost 93. She swears Tx just wants to keep the money. I have never seen anything like this in my life. It is now almost 3 years since my Uncle died. Ridiculous! Unprofessional! I wish I had checked this site before hiring them! Then I would have known what scam artists they are. I paid a 5k retainer to be granted administrator rights for my ex-husband's estate. They took 4 months to file a 3 page document! They didn't even file it right, which I found out myself by looking up the county probate. They don't respond to emails, and they provided NO phone numbers outside of the receptionist, which is pointless. I am trying to get my retainer back so I can hire a competent attorney before his house goes into foreclosure and my kids lose their inheritance. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!Review from Kevin B

Met with ***** Forsythe to discuss a legal issue I had. She claimed to be a tax lawyer but new less about tax law than I did. I also made the mistake of leaving some of my documents with her so that she could write a letter on my behalf. I don't think she ever wrote the letter because I never heard or saw anything to make me think she did her job. I have repeatedly (2/23, 2/14, 2/9) tried to get my documents back from her but to date have not received them or when I will get them back. Very unhappy with Forsythe Law.Review from Jerri H

This lady is DRINKING BEER ON HER ADVERTISEMENT!! WOW THAT G8VES ME A GREAT FEELING. I gave her ****.oo and she did nothing in 4 months!!After calling the *** myself I see NOTH8NG HAS BEEN DONE!! NOW IM CALLING THEM THEY WONT ANSWER THE ***** AND QONT ANSWER MY TEXTS!!Review from Stephanie A

I would not recommend this place. During the free consult I told them my situation with my grandma's house and a real-estate contract I had with the heirs and if it would hold up in court. They said we could do a breach of contract but it would be up to the judge. So I pd. Them 5k Retainer. They filed something totally different in the wrong court and the judge made the attorney Jon that took over my case look like a complete fool. Needless to say i had to move out of my grandmas house that was promised to me. Then he tried to bill me another 6k. For what. I am a single mom and dont have money to just throw away. They should have told me in the consult that they couldn't handle the case and I wouldn't have wasted my time or money. I feel they should reimburse my money since they failed to do what we talked about in the consult. Horrible experience. Dont waste your time nor money.
