    On June 29, 2022 I put a down payment of 1500 on a car (2014 Jeep Patriot) from Tovi motors. The check engine light was on and I kept going to the shop (Princeton Auto Care) to get it fixed by the people we were told to go to every time I got the car back the light was still on. They said it was a o2 sensor problem on October first the car started to have problems with the rpm. I went to a different shop (****** Auto Care) and the car had two more problems including the first problem. I let Tovi Motors know about the problems and they basically said it was nothing they could do about it.

This vehicle was sold to *****'s daughter with full disclosure. the mother and daughter were made aware it is a high mileage vehicle and has issues. They were in a hurry for a vehicle and decided to take their chance with the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle and discovering a few problems they notified me. I gave them the option to return the vehicle and unwind the deal for a full refund. They chose not to becuase they needed a car. I paid for the mechanical issues and assumed that was it . I advised them that would be the only thing i can do once fixed and would not do anything more. They were okay with it. they once again called me advising me there is a second issue with the rotors. I went ahead and paid for that fix as well and said this is the last item i fix because you were aware of these issues at time of purchase and gave you an option to return the car. They said just help with this last item and we will be good. They kept calling me to fix more issues. I had to stop as It was a loss for me and i gave them options before spending all this money. They are upset because they rushed to buy a car. I did the best i could to help them. We were very transparent at time of purchase. We even advised them the car is not on good condition and we were planning to send to auction to cash out. Other than the vehicle issues, this customer is extremally rude person. She has cussed me and few mechanics out. she has no patience. no one deserves to be yelled at and cursed at like that. Thank you for taking the time to read our response.
