    The owner(the dad) is rude and has trash CS skills I took a few hours off of work today to come in and do my final alterations on my suit for my brother wedding. When I came in I was not greeted so, I took a seat patiently waiting for him to finish helping two guys that was ahead of me. Once he finished helping the two guys they left and he never approached me to ask if I need any help. I then got up out my seat and asked if I could get some help. He replied how may I help you. I showed him my ticket and informed him I was there to try on my coat for final alterations(the wedding is in two weeks). He refused to take my ticket and said that I could not be helped till after 3:00pm when his son come into work. I then asked him why do I have to wait when I have a ticket and Ive already paid in full for my suit. He started to tell me to calm down when I wasnt even worked up. So after the 3rd time of him telling me to calm down and raising his voice at me I got annoyed and asked him once again not to raise his voice at me and asked why is he treating a paying customer so poorly. I took out my phone to record him and he went to the back saying he will tell his son not to give me my suit even though its been paid for. He cussed me out and yes I did inform him of his trash customer service. When he finally looked at my ticket he said my suit wasnt even in the store. If he doesnt know how to interact with customers then he shouldnt take people hard earned money and should not be working there at all. I will be back later today to speak with his son. Ive never had any problems with his son, his customer service skills is on point but his dad CS skills is trash especially when you feel the need to cuss at customers its never that serious.

    Hello, in regards to this complaint about my father cs skills, we really did a lot of work for this gentleman, fittings, sizing, and ordering the exact custom suit he wanted. When my father says come after 3:00 it is because I am the one that handles most of the customer service and gets everything in line and he is more of the one who does the tailoring / alterations in the back and does a lot of the work. He told him to come after 3:00 because that is when I handle situations if the gentleman says why do I have to wait if I have a ticket , the ticket clearly states come after 3:00 for pick up that is not my fathers issue as he told the gentleman more than once to comply. We offered him extra fittings/ time and gave him extra clothing to accommodate him. Sometimes things are a misunderstanding and it is unfortunate he could not bear with us as we make it our obligation to satisfy all of our customers. In the future we will continue to do the best job possible to make everyone a satisfied and returning customer.

    We were told and documented on our ticket pick up on Sunday 04/30/2023. We show up at the assigned day per the owner himself and his son just told us the suit is not available and to comeback the next day. I responded to the owners son that we needed the suit or a refund. The owners son starts insulting me being aggressive verbally in front of the entire store full of customers. He continued to insult me calling me rude b**** and you can just wait there like a dumb a** idiot, i am not giving you any money back so oh f****** well. I call 911 in desperate attempts for safety reasons since the owners son continues to insult and display aggressive behavior. As soon as the owners son hears me calling the police he immediately starts screaming at both my son and I to get out of his store in which we were all ready way past the front door of his business. The ****************************************************************************************************** which we had done previously, he was just going ballistic inside his store passing and cussing at both my underage son and I. We wait for the police and mall security to arrive and both my son and I both had walked away from the area or anywhere near his store trying to de-escalate the violent display of behavior. This man took advantage of a woman that was alone with a minor, displayed beyond aggressive public anger and continued repeatedly verbally abusing and threatening behavior towards both me and my underage son because I simply asked for a refund. The mall security officer informed ** that this establishment is known for aggressive behavior and has even cussed him out on various occasions. The ************************** were warned by other security officers of his past behavior as well. The police officer was very helpful and gave the suit to the security guard but if he had the suit all along he could have just given the paid item to us instead of displaying inappropriate behavior, suit was $430 paid in full

    I was a customer at ********************** Mens on 04/30/2023. I witnessed the whole incident. Unfortunately, everything that was said was a lie. She came for a pick up. The son nicely told her Im sorry there was a mistake we do not have picks up on a Sunday she automatically give a big attitude saying Im not leaving without a refund if you dont give me my stuff right now. He told her well you have to wait for me (the store was packed). Her young son who is very rude tells the store owner give ** our money back than b**** The owner told the son dont ever use that language again and get out of my store. The kid kept saying b**** Not once did the owner call the lady a b**** He told her multiple times to get out of the store and once he finds her stuff he will give it to her but she didnt listen. She gets upset and calls 911. While she is calling 911 she tells them she is being threatened because shes a female. I am a female and she wasnt the only female there. She lied to the police and I told the police officer that wasnt true. This woman lied about the whole story. No one was threatening her or her son and no one was verbally abusing her. I come to this store a lot and never had a problem. The owners are always great and always willing to help with anything.

    My son and I ordered a 3 piece suit and shirt for prom. The total costs was a little more than $270. The promised date was April 9, 2023 (Easter). We went to pick up the purchase on April 10 and were informed that the item we ordered was not available. We were asked to make another selection and return on April 13 for pick up. Upon arrival on the agreed upon pick up date the new selection was not as promised. We requested the agreed upon alterations and a verbal altercation ensued with the owner and two of his sons. I left but later returned with a male counterpart for protection. We were a the suit along with a vest of a different color and a shirt. The alterations were done incorrectly. I had to purchase another suit for him to wear. The owner refused to refund the monies.

    As an human, we all make mistakes. The wrong color was originally given but it was corrected. The customer was unhappy and made a big scene in the store. There was no need for protecting for the fact that this is a workplace and the mall has security walking around. I will never risk my business for a small problem that was easily fixed. After picking up the items the son came back and apologized for his moms unnecessary behavior and told me he loved the suit. After the incident happened we contacted the customer to help solve the problem. She was contacted and asked if she wanted a full a to bring the items back. She was given until Friday to do bring the suit back and she never did. She took the suit, her son wore the suit to his event, and she is requesting her money back. As the customer stated, we asked them to pick a different selection because we tried to make the custom happy after a minor mistake was made.

In addition as stated in my original complaint NOT what we ordered. I made an attempt to return it and was refused. I spoke with '***' and agreed to have someone else to bring it back because I do not feel comfortable going there after having three grown men get in my face and curse me out for their mistakes. The suit can be returned to them as we have no need or desire to keep it. Please note, a payment was made and we waited for a product we didn't receive; Extend me the ***** you asked when I paid.

    ******************** was given the chance to solve the issue she was having but she did not take advantage of the situation. She was given the option to return the items for a full refund which is something we have never done in the past. She was given a timeline for the return and never came to return the items. She told us she would have someone else drop the items because she didnt feel safe coming in herself. We called her to follow up once she pasted her due date for the drop off and stated she was not coming. ******************** wanted to commute ***** by requesting a chargeback and keeping the items. We were able to reverse the chargeback back to us as we have proven to ********** she is only trying to keep our items and money. Once the chargeback was reversed thats when ******************** decided to refuse our respond because she is trying to get her money back. 
    ******************** we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you but we tired working with you. Now that the chargeback is back to us and you have not returned our items by the given date there is nothing we can do for you.

    There seems to be a lack of communication in your place of business. I have made 3 attempts to return this suit. Each time this person is there and has refused. I made sure to takt the picture as  documentation the last time because I am exhausted with this process. Whomever this person is, has been a problem each time. Rude, disrespectful shouting and cursing each time. Please respond accordingly.
