******* came to repair my AC unit the same day he received the call from my home warranty company. He immediately found the problem and repaired my unit. ******* with Warner AC came to check out my AC unit and quickly identified that our new unit had been improperly installed by a different company. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was missing and how that contributed to the issues we were experiencing. He promptly notified our home warranty company and provided the needed information to get our unit fixed as soon as possible. Warner AC was proficient, professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend this company to all my neighbors, friends and family. They protected my flooring and were very clean. Warner was fantastic. They came out on a last minute call to do the diagnostic and found the parts to make the repair. They also came out on a Saturday to do the repair itself and went above and beyond to get our AC working in this terrible Texas heat. Warner Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC provided an outstanding customer experience today. I found Mr. W***** to be a caring, friendly & 'customer oriented' professional HVAC expert. He quickly diagnosed our AC issue & explained what he had to do. He repaired it & had our home cooling off in an hour. Going forward, I'm definitely switching to Mr. W******* company for my annual spring & fall HVAC maintenance as well as share my experience with my Rockwall neighbors.
