$175.58 Date of tow: 7/12/2024 Vehicle was towed from apartments of a friend that borrowed my car. Resident had a guest pass and placed it on the windshield as the pass stated to do. *********** said that the pass was not there when towed. Apartment complex gave a new pass and stated to bring to tow yard to show the vehicle had a pass. The tow yard advised me to contact tow company as they are only a storage. Spoke with tow company on 7/15/24 and the representative said that a manger will call back. ******* called me back and told me a story about his car being towed. Advised me that the vehicle did not have a pass and was parked on the property in a guest spot. He constantly spoke over me, yelled, snd would not allow me to talk. When I finally told him that the vehicle was in resident parking with a pass that was valid until 7/31/2024, he started laughing and told me how stupid I was for putting the pass on the windshield. He asked me to read the bottom of the pass which states to leave the pass on the windshield. He continued to laugh and said this is stupid and he didnt want to hear anything I had to say and that he is going to hang up, then proceeded to do so. I called back and he told me he was on another phone with the apartment manager. He then starting speaking politely and said that the call was dropped. Then he asked me questions about the information I had tried to give him in the previous call and said to the manager that I was changing my story and he was not going to have me curse at him and hung up. I was never able to tell him all the information previously because he would not allow me to speak. ******* lied to the office manager and the resident received a notice on his door because of the lies. Resident is a disabled veteran that should not be reprimanded because ******* was having a bad day.

My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex because I was parked in a vistor's parking space. According to **** at M&M Towing I was supposed to be registered to park there even though I am a lease holding resident and have been living here for 4 years. The vehicle that was parked in the space was brand new and just registered and unfortunately by the time I arrived at the leasing office it was closed. I called the after-hours number and never once did it say anything about register my vehicle as a lease holding resident. In my opinion my vehicle was illegally towed and I am due a refund and an apology for emotional distress and hardship that this has caused my family by this company and Miss ****. To make matters worse when you look up the company's name and address it doesn't match to what they have in the tow truck either. No correct address or number match every time you look it up. Is this company even legal or did I just get ripped off and have my car essentially stolen and my civil rights violated. I arrived at A&E Towing to pick up my vehicle and I was told to pay $317.53 and I could pay using either cash or credit card. I was going to use my card but the lady told me the fee to use the card was going to be an extra $11. I then paid in cash and gave a total of $320. The lady then said I'm sorry we do have carry cash and I can't give you your change which is $2.47 which confused me because she gave me the options to pay in either cash or card. Needless to say I never received my change and was essentially violated twice in one day.

ON 06/29/2022 MY CAR WAS TOWED ILLEGALLY BY A&E TOWING COMPANY FROM 2919 COMMERCE STREET AROUND 7:07 PM. I PARKED AT THE METER AT 5:30 PM AND PAID FOR PARKING AT 05;31 PM FOR 3 HOURS. I COME OUT OF A RESTAURANT CALLED FEDERALES IN DALLAS IN DEEP ELLUM FOR RESERVATIONS AT 5:30 PM. ONCE I REALIZED MY CAR WAS GONE AT 7:34 PM UPON EXITING BAR AND RESTAURANT. I CALLED THE LOCATION ON THE SIGN FOR TOWED VEHICLES AND THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE MY VEHICLE. I CALLED THE OTHER FACILITY AND THEY STATED THEY DID NOT HAVE MY VEHICLE SO I CALLED POLICE AND OFFICER BURTON CAME AND ASSISTED AND HE CALLED 4206 LEDBETTER, DALLAS AND THEY STATED AGAIN THEY DID NOT HAVE MY XXXX XXXI BMW, SO OFFICER STATED LETS GO AHEAD AND REPORT STOLEN AS THE TOWING COMPANIES ARE SUPPOSE TO NOTIFY THE POLICE ONCE THEY HAVE TOWED SOMEONE'S VEHICLE. I HAVE AN APP ON MY PHONE THAT LOCATES MY VEHICLE AND IT WAS AT THE LOCATION WHERE THEY STATED THEY DID NOT HAVE MY VEHICLE. A WITNESS THAT LIVED IN THE BUILDING WHERE I PARKED STATED THAT A WHITE TOWING COMPANY PICKED MY VEHICLE FROM THE BACK AND TOWED IT AWAY. I THEN HEADED OVER TO THE LOCATION THAT MY APP WAS TELLING ME. ONCE I ARRIEVE, I HAD A PERSON TAKE MY KEYS WHEN HE WAS RETRIEVING HIS VEHICLE OUT OF STORAGE AND HE PRESSED MY ALARM BUTTON AND TOOK A PIC AS MY VEHICLE WAS BEHIND THE WALLS OF 4206 LEDBETTER SO I CALLED THE POLICE TO HAVE THEM COME AND ASSIST ME IN RETRIEVING MY VEHICLE. THE POLICE FINALLY MADE IT AS I MADE IT TO THE WINDOW AS IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. WHILE WAITING, ONCE I GOT TO THE WINDOW AND GAVE MY LICENSE PLATE, THE WORKER (FEMALE) STATED MY CAR WASN'T THERE AND ASKED ME FOR A VIN NUMBER LIKE I WOULD KNOW THAT OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD. ONCE I ADVISED HER THAT I HAD A PIC OF MY CAR BACK THERE SHE THEN STATED THEY PUT IN MY CAR UNDER THE VIN. THEN SHE STATED MY CAR WAS TOWED BECAUSE IT WAS LEAKING, WHICH WAS A LIE AND EVEN SO THAT IS NO REASON TO TOW A VEHICLE. THIS COMPANY TOWED ME ILLEGALLY
