  On April 12 of 2022, I paid $150.00 for a three layer, six inch cake. I had originally set the date for May 20th, then I had to change the date to May 28th due to scheduling conflicts. It was agreed upon without conflict. I asked the owner of this business if she could make a cake for a different date, May 7th, because I realized that May 28th is the graduation weekend for the high schools for MISD *******, *****. I did not want to have the party on a day that guests would be otherwise engaged at graduation parties. I felt bad for changing the date and always made sure to thank the owner for her help and attentiveness. The owner told me she was not available to make the cake for May 7th due to a blocked schedule for Mother's Day, I told her I understood and she said she would let me know the following day if she would be able to make the cake for May 7th. I contacted her the next day, April 27th and told her I found someone else who could make the cake for May 7th and for a cheaper price and asked for a refund. She said she does not give refunds and said that this was stated in her policy on her website. In addition to declining a refund, she accused me of showing her disrespect in not valuing her time and engaged in an argument with me via text. I was upset and told her she should disclose her policy prior to transactions and that I did not want the cake from her due to lack of trust in her handling of business. I went on her website and did not find the return policy anywhere. I clicked on "terms and conditions" and was redirected to a '404 Page Not Found' page. I clicked on the link to her ******** page and the link sent me to a broken link. She has two other reviews on ****** where similar situations have happened. I am seeking a refund of $150.00 for a cake I have not received. I have pictures and videos to support the information in this description box, such as videos of missing links to ******** page and return policy, and negative ****** reviews.
