            Received a bid June 6th for 2 trees to be removed on my property located in *******, **. Sent the $1100.00 deposit on June 20th for work scheduled.Covington quoted my job for two trees removal for $2,200 total. As part of the agreement he requested half down payment of $1,100. Work was scheduled but Covington did not show up. I contacted Covington and asked what the situation was He said he wasn't able to Get the help he thought he would have but rescheduled it for the following Monday. Monday came and He did not show up again and did not call. After talking to him the following day I made a third attempt to schedule and once again he did not show up and said that he would not be able to get to it for a couple of weeks, so I asked for a refund. Covington promise to refund by July 4th but didn't follow through after speaking with him again and giving a couple more days He still has not followed through with the refund.
