    Order #****************** Placed Aug 2, 2024 on tiktok shop Item: Chicken and Highland Cow Soft Oversized Blanket 82"x90"I ordered the Chicken and Highland Cow Soft Oversized Blanket 82"x90" from the sellers tiktok shop. I received a notification on Aug 6th that my order was cancelled. After messaging the business on tiktok I was told the order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. However, the item is still showing in stock on both ****** and the sellers separate website but I am being told it is in fact not in stock. I have sent multiple additional messages to the shop and no response. At this point it feels like fraud and false advertisement. They are taking peoples money for a product they either dont actually sell or dont keep in stock to reach certain selling numbers and to keep their shop relevant. Their hosts are on live everyday advertising this blanket saying that have so many left and to order now. Its a scam the resolution I am looking for is to receive what I order or for these scammers to remove this item from stock.

    We reached out to the customer letting her know the item she was refunded for was now back in stock. She asked if she needed to re order and we advised her to do so.

    I am rejecting this response because:   They will not fulfill the order as originally ordered. I placed this order with a coupon/sale price and if I were to re-purchase the same discount would not be applied and I would be paying more. This is unprofessional and the item should not have been listed at time of purchase if not in stock. Sending me a text message telling me the item they refused to send me was back in stock is not acceptable. They shouldnt be allowed to sell on a platform if they are unwilling to keep up with inventory fluctuations and provide paying customers with professionalism.

    I am rejecting this response because:   ************ is the worst. Close the case because  Im impossible? Great customer service. Send me the product I am owed because YOU MESSED UP and move on. Ill keep rejecting and slam your business anywhere I can until this is resolved properly on your end. Dont open a business if you cant keep up.
