Had a job with ********************* back may 31 2022 ***** job for a fence and wall and dirt work ,i gave him 16k to start and kept putting it off for months with labor no parts and finally 2 months later they did 3days work o half of the post and never showed back up. ***** would have people show up to do things and ***** would not pay them saying I wasn't paying. here it is 2years later and nothing to show for it( I want 50k back ) and never want to see this guy. Wish could give 0 stars. The owner ***** is an absolute fraud. Gave plenty of money upfront and he stole over $100K from us, never provided claimed materials and did not complete the contract job. He barely completed about 25% of the job and then just disappeared with the money. Never refunded a double payment, neglected to update the daily log web portal, labored his own family to "save money" rather than hiring actual skilled workers, did not abide by construction rules of the area (such as use of metal dumpster and temporary pole hookup) because he intended to scam us from the beginning anyway. Told us every week "we'll be out there next week" but never showed up after 5 months. Played every excuse in the book "hurt my foot" "medical issue" "it's too hot" "we had a preplanned vacation" "some worker did show up". Nothing positive to say about this joke of a company and *******************************, wasted a year and $200K and have to start all over on the build since their incomplete work is now rotted from weather exposure. ******* talks good until you hand him money, then it's bad manners and short temper. Avoid any business associated with the name *************************.Review from Dawn W

************************* has owned several companies, SRB home services 4 any construction Stalworth Construction and his newest LLC is Comet Painters now you may ask, why would someone work to establish a business and then shut it down to start all over again? Well look up those businesses and see how many customers, subs and suppliers have unpaid judgments against him, their reviews etc. if you have been looking to resolve issues with *******, there is a ************** trying to help victims. Its called Stop ************************* and Stalworth construction.Review from Magen D

Con Artist!Terrible experience started a small project in February as of mid June still not done and ******* and his team stopped communicating and left us having to start over with another company. I have since heard several other stories of unfinished jobs that Stalworth Construction did collect money on and never came back to. Beware, the owner ************************* talks a good talk but it's lie after lie. **** in sheep's clothing, using Christianity against people. You can look up his name and see all his history. This is not his first rodeo of filling for bankruptcy and starting over with scamming individuals.Review from Judy L.

Stalwarth construction is a good company to have to redo your house wether it's a complete over due on your house or wether you just need a small fixer upper and he guaranteeds his work
