On August 21, 2023, purchase a vehicle for a total of $10,286.08 USD with an initial payment of $2500 USD and the rest financed at $300.71 per month for 29 months. The purchase included a 30-day or 1,000-mile warranty covering the engine, transmission, and differential. 12 days after the purchase and after a mechanical evaluation, it was determined that a short circuit in the car had damaged the battery, car stereo, alternator and lights of the vehicle resulting in a cost of $330.74 USD for repairs.  And even though I notified the dealership 12 days after the purchase, they refused to cover the expenses. That's why I purchased the parts and assumed the costs.  Due to the magnitude of the unexpected expenses and the lack of workmanship of the dealership, I decided to temporarily withhold the corresponding month's payment. I hope we can resolve this situation fairly and I appreciate your prompt attention and resolution of the problem.

To whom it may concern, I Juan ** **** can confirm that they did let us know that the vehicle was having some kind of issue they did not clarify to us what that issue was. We told them to bring the vehicle back at their earliest convenience to have it checked out, but the vehicle was never brought to us. As you can see on the warranty that Mr. ******* submitted to your office we only give warranty on Motor, Transmission, and Differential we do not cover electrical problems. Nevertheless, we are willing to cover 50% of these expenses that he is providing ($330.74). As to the monthly payments Mr. ******* is behind $647.25 which is November 21, December 21 plus the repo service to recover the vehicle which is a total of $350. We do expect full payment of this balance. I would also like to note that during this time we have been in contact with them asking them what they wanted to do on this matter in regard to the vehicle and the payments that they did not make. We would speak to Mr. ******* and his wife, and they would just tell us that they would try to make time to come fix this issue. Only then after 2 months of waiting on them we decided to repo this vehicle.

Here I will attach the copy of the Warranty he submitted; along with a copy of Mr. ******** payment history as you can see he bought the vehicle from us on 9/21/23 and he has only given ONE payment since then.
