    This company is absolutely horrible. Your customer service department is polite in the beginning, but never follow through. I was signed up for AutoShip for Tim Tam supplement. I paid in March and never received my product. I asked for a full refund, which they promised I would receive and now three months later, it has still not, been deposited in my bank account. I have reached out multiple times and have been assured it will be deposited and never is. I will be seeking legal action. DO NOT Purchase anything from this company, you will be very disappointed

    Ordered a massager from them a year ago, loved it until the battery died. Been trying to buy a new battery for over a year and still out of stock. They use cheap components when you take the battery apart hence why they die while battery still has charge left. Emailed them with no response as to when it will back in stock. No response or statements on why this is happening they just ignore emails so now I have a 600$ paper weight. No clue when it will be available. Don't order unless you want an expensive paper weight.

    I am very disappointed with the Tim Tam Power Massager 15V. It worked for about 2 years then the battery died. I tried to order/purchase a repalcement battery but the company was unable to provide one. I have been trying for at least 1 year, so my patience has come to and end. What is worse, they can only be contacted by email (no phone contact that actual has a person). I STRONGLY ADVISE CHOOSING ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND IT'S PRODUCT AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE THE LOOSER.

    I ordered a massage gun from TimTam and received it on April 20th, 2023. It was not what I wanted, so, I started with the return process. I Was given an address and authorization number by Michelle L. of TimTam customer service. So, I went to the UPS and send it on the 24th of April and it arrived at the destination on the 26th. I was told by Michelle that it would take up to 15-20 business days to process. Well, as time passed by I hadn't seen any refund in my bank account. I reached out to Michelle and she informed me that she would check on the status of the refund. She hasn't responded in a couple of days. Today UPS called me and told me that TimTam refused my package and send it back. The UPS agent told me they accepted it on the 26th of April and held it till the 17th of May and shipped it back on the 18th of May. I double checked the address that was given to me by Michelle and it was correct. I've tried to get a phone number, but every time I call I get a machine with a long beep. I spent $400 dollars on this thing. I'm afraid I'll never see that money. Lessoned learn.
