    This plumber came to put in a new drain to my bathtub. The plumber put 3 large gouges into my bathroom tub. (It was in perfect shape before the damage.) I called Plumber Near Me numerous times to have their error fixed. After a lot of going back and forth, they sent a company to repair it 3 different times and it looks worse every time. I need this resolved. The photos included are of the original damage and two of the repair attempts. The company who came to fix it said that my faucet dripped and that caused the repair to not set. I was told this today and have checked the faucet many times today and there it is completely dry, so that is not true. Today's attempt was just plain sloppy and not acceptable. I must note that where the repair is messed up is nowhere near where the original gouges were. My issue is with Plumber Near Me and their inability to get someone to fix it properly. I asked months ago for some of my money to be reimbursed for the original drain replacement due to negligence. I do not see where they did. Email asking about this has not been replied to. This has been an ongoing issue and hopefully BBB will help me resolve it.

    On Jan 18, 2023, we received a service from Plumbers Near Me to help us with changing our kitchen sink and faucet. We had bought all the new parts including the sink, garbage disposal and faucet. When the plumber arrived, he repeated the measurements and confirmed that the new sink was the right one and would fit. He removed the old parts including the old sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. When attempted to put the new sink, he told us that it didn't fit (the hole was smaller than the new sink). We asked him and their office if they would offer the service to enlarge the granite countertop or if they knew of any business who could help us with that. The plumber simply said they are not aware of any. The plumber charged us for $450 for only replacing two water shutoff valves under the sink and left us with no sink and water. We had to seek help from a friend to help us finish the task. Few days after, when we finally got a chance to take a look at the invoice, and did our research we realized that one water shutoff valve at HomeDepot is only $10. So we really don't know why we have been EXTREMELY overcharged for this unfinished service. I have called the office more than 4 times so far regarding this issue but I seem to be pushed away every time by being told that they will review the invoice and call me back first thing in the morning of the next day but have not received any attempt to resolve this issue.
