    I went to Gateway for an *** . They had my records showing my medication, and medical problems, such as COPD , Afib , sleep apnea, and diabetes. I also had taken a sedative prior to my appointment, due to claustrophobia . They had me go to their mobile unit that was down a hill in the back of the building. Im 76 years old, and my legs are bad . Instead of getting a wheelchair, and taking me down to the mobile unit , they had me walk . When we tried to go back up the hill, I fell and twisted my knee , back, and neck . Every time I tried to get them to help me with Doctors expenses, the basically ignored me. This occurred Feb 19, 2024 , and I have had to go see numerous Doctors for my pain . Im still in severe pain, and they have done nothing . They charged me for the *** , but after the fall, they told me they would make it right to me , never happened !

    I had a CT scan done on 4/4/24 and was given an authorization number, procedure done, then found out I was out of network and charged over 1000 dollars to go toward my deductible. I was then notified from ************* care that i was out of network and could have had the test done for 100 dollars. The Gateway imaging center did not notify me I was out of network but there were notes in my file that they were aware I was not in network and still proceeded with the test. Shame on them. Now they said I will not be refunded but they lied to me and took my money. My insurance company is now involved and I may never get my money back. At this point, I will consider calling one of news stations and make them aware of the scams and giving pts wrong information regarding their test. I will notify the *** of this occurrence as well. The staff were so nice there. Its a shame they are practicing unlawfully. Not right.

    3 minutes ago They don't practice what they preach at all. Look up the definition of hypocrite and they are that. **** takes it upon her self to be God and is not of God at all. They pry into yout life and think they can tell you what to do with your life, your relationship to God, and tell you if you've repented enough for one mistake, she want you to gravel at her feet and submit to her. She's has a power trip issue and her personality is just so snobby and thinks she better then the people she services. They pick and choose and make up the rules has they see fit. That place is not a place of Good ********* principles and LOVE AT ALL.

    Poor healthcare provided by this company. At not time do they state diagnostic test results will take 4 days because of their lazy doctors. Not blankets provided during test in cold rooms. As a healthcare executive I would strong suggest staying away from this testing center. Also no one answers the phone all phone state the voice mail is full.

    So sad that the office staff is so horrible!!! The Doctors are great! The lady at the front desk even yelled at me! Super super rude! It was her mistake that the appointment was not approved, and she gave my appointment away without notifying me!My doctor sent over that my imaging was needing to be done "urgent". Gateway did not put that into my insurance correctly. Therefore, when I got there, my insurance had not approved it yet so I had to pay out of pocket. Once my insurance paid them back they did not give me my money back! They had promised they would, now it's been over three months and they still have not returned my money!It was a second time I had been there in the past two months. So instead of giving me my money back, they applied that money to the time I had been there before which was approved by insurance and paid by insurance. However, they submitted the same claim twice!!! They owe me $350- yet put me off every time I call them and I am so tired of it! Took my money because they didn't submit correctly... Applied it to another bill they didn't submit correctly... Won't give my money back... Pretty crooked!!!Very sad because the nurses and the Doctor who did my hip injection were excellent! Or else I would not have even given them two stars!

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My doctor made an appt for the **** I received a text w/the address and time. I show up only to be told I was given the wrong location. I drove 45 mins to the location provided only to be told I was give the WRONG address. I drove back to the "right office" only to be told I had to wait an additional hour to be seen. I took vacation for this and now have to be completely rescheduled.When I spoke w/the office mgr at the location she was happy to offer me a 10 dollar gift card. You can't even call to make a complaint unless its too a ***** office manager who probably can't provide any further assistance. Now I have to wait and reschedule. In the meantime, continue to be in pain.

    On March 19, 2022, I used my CareCredit account to pay the amount of $550.90 to Gateway Diagnostic. I was later shown on my CareCredit account that I was credited $13.81. Now, Gateway Diagnostic has been sending me over due correspondences for that $13.81. The statement is shown to be incorrect. It showed that I paid $496.36 on July 13, 2022, with a credit of $12.44. This is a mistaken of fact. I kept getting inconsistent responses about whether the $13.81 is a credit or a past due amount. Today, during my fourth call, I was told money is the one I owe.The last conversation, which I recorded blamed the mishap on a possible computer glitch, and I was not the only one affected. I have proof that the records shown in my statement is incorrect. I would like a my account corrected and a written response explaining how I ended up having to pay for somethingbthat was credited to me, and what was done to the person that made this error to not have this done to anyone else in the future. I am very upset and disappointed in Gateway Diagnostic over this mishap.

    Fantastic experience!Staff at the front were professional compassionate and ************* was extraordinarily capable and very good with people. We actually shared the Gospel with each other briefly. Im a little bit Claustrophobic It was not an issue there.Again great experience
