Recently used Deluxe Roofing and their representative ******* ***** to replace the roof on my mothers home. She is 87 and I was concerned about making sure that someone would try to take advantage of her age. I was very happy w how ******* conducted himself. If I was unavailable he always called me and updated me on any conversation he had w my mom. He was very professional and stayed focused on the job through its completion and followed up after as well. I give ******* my highest recommendation.Review from Stephanie K

***** and his team have a tremendous work ethic. They worked with my insurance company to help ease the process of roof and gutter replacement.Work quality is fantastic, clean up was great, and best of all was communication. I've worked with them in the past for a chimney issue. They have now replaced my roof and gutters. I will definitely work with them in the future.Review from Suzan S

Perfection! Deluxe Roofing went above and beyond my expectations and I could not be more pleased. The owner made suggestions regarding the replacement of my roof due to the hail storm 5/27/2024. His suggestions have now my home beautiful and the teamwork was amazing. The replacement was done in a very timely manner. The clean-up could not have been better. Absolutely awesome experience working with *********************** and *********************!! We experienced a major hail storm on 3/1/2023 and called Deluxe Roofing for help. They were on site within a couple of hours with ****, the owner, and immediately began to check the extent of the damage and tarp over our broken skylight. We discussed what we needed to do and agreed to move forward with repairs. After the initial contact, the experience just got better as **** engaged with our insurance adjusters and inspectors to insure that their estimates for our replacement were accurate. She really dug in and found areas where they were deficient and improved our claim. Once we selected our new roof materials and got the replacement scheduled ***** and **** provided great communication about what they would do and what we should expect throughout the process. Everything went great and just as they said it would. Im an insurance agency owner and I had a client that was being non-renewed due to suspected 3-tab wind lifted shingles and warped decking. The client hired a contractor that provided an inspection report, the contractor said he went in the attic but the client confirmed that the contractor didnt enter the attic to inspect the decking. I uploaded the report but it was declined by underwriting. So I asked the client if I could send ***************************** with Deluxe ********************************************** which he accepted. ******* completed the inspection and submitted a complete inspection report that was needed to help our client. I uploaded the report to underwriting and they reinstated the policy. I will continue to work with Deluxe and ******* with all of my current and future clients!Deluxe Roofing and Construction Response

The Deluxe Roofing team is amazing! From the first phone call to the follow-up check-in - they were on top of their game and I cant thank them enough for taking care of my mothers roof in *****. Even though I live in a different State, their thorough and responsive communication made it easy for me to coordinate the job for my elderly mother and gave me confidence that it was going to be started and finished with the highest degree of professionalism and workmanship. Mom was eager to tell me how friendly and helpful they were and how quickly they got the job done - she couldnt believe they were done in half a day! Anybody that takes care of my Mom makes me very happy! All of which was completed for a very reasonable and competitive price - and they were even so kind as to help me understand some of the finer points of my Moms ***** home insurance policy. Chad D**** sent over Bobby B***** who took care of a roof leakage for me a different contractor had caused due to too many nails in shingles which leaked. Appreciated it very much to fit me into their busy schedule. Bobby also adjusted a gutter for me over my front door patio which kept sending down water during rain storms. A recent windstorm blew a bunch of my shingles off. I called Deluxe Roofing and Bobby B***** came over right away to put a temporary cover over the damaged areas. After the insurance adjuster viewed the damage and gave me an estimate, Bobby came back to see what type shingles I wanted and gave me an estimate. He is one of the nicest, friendliest guys I have met in a long time. The new roof and gutters went up quickly. The team covered all my shrubbery and flowers to prevent any damage. They did an awesome job of cleaning up. Bobby was present the whole time to make sure everything went well. He and the team made one more sweep through to make sure everything was picked up. I would not hesitate to recommend Deluxe Roofing to anyone needing roof repair.
