Well.... Here are the reviews I should have read. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! They smell horrible-they are horrible-they are trash and that's where they are going. They got my money, so I am sure they could care less about the review. Disgusting people and I AM SURE they came from ***** based on the packaging. SCAM!Review from Liz B

Horrible quality and horrible customer service. The ********************** are not leather like they say, there's hardly arch support to make them "orthopedic". The chemical scent was so horrible out of the plastic bag they came from ***** in, I had to set outside to air out for 24 hours before I tried them on. They do not run true to size at all. And there isn't even a size tag on the inside of the shoe or on the *****. When I email them about exchanging them or returning them. They wanted several photos of the shoes and of other shoes that I have of that size. They couldn't give me a refund. And they can't guarantee that I could even send them back to ***** where they came from to get a refund, But settled on giving me a 10% refund on a ***** pair of junk!!!! All I can say I was very stupid to order boots from this site. Sizing is way small, I ordered a size larger then I usually wear and still couldn't get my foot into them.Orthopedic shoes, in what world does cheap leather fabric and cardboard constitute Orthopedic shoes.Make sure you open these in a well ventilated area, the chemical smell will make you dizzy.I truly hope ** one else falls for this SCAMReview from Cynthia T

Smithpicks is ******* company that says it is a ******** company. They use stock photos and the product is nothing like shown. You might as well give your money to a charity the shoes/boots cannot be worn, very poorly made, and you cannot return them.Review from Jacqueline K

This company is a scam. You cannot return your shoe purchase if the shoes do not fit properly. They offered me to ship to ***** at my expense, or keep the crappy shoes and get a 20% coupon off the next purchase! Why would I ever buy from them again! 3rd option get a 10% refund off of $90.00. Would never order anything from them again! Worst company ever! Also to obtain this information thus far, I was bombarded with requests for pictures of shoes and shipping bag. Never order from this company. They will not return items purchased and they are falsely advertising. They say their shoes are leather but they are not. They say they will return but they do not. Sadly I didnt check deep into the reviews before I orderedReview from Jackie K

DO not order from ***** Picks. Their shoes are not the right sizing. They are different from the advertising shown online; false advertising. and they will not honor the return for a full refund even though you fall within the guidelines they state online. No quality to shoe what so ever, false advertising and will not honor refunds as noted in their site. DO NOT ORDER. you will just waste money.Review from Judy C

After requiring me to provide a ridiculous amount of information including photos and a video of the problem had with their shoes, they would only give me a 10% refund on a $95.90 purchase! Don't buy anything from this disreputable Internet retailer that has a record of hundreds of complaints for shoddy merchandise and no refunds. Buyer beware!Review from Amy A

If I could give a zero I would!! THIS IS A SCAM... the quality is TERRIBLE, they are not orthopedic shoes as stated on their website and they offered to refund me 20% and give me a 20% coupon. If I shipped it the estimate would be $600!!!!!! I called *** and am infuriated. I spent $188.Review from Lanette B

False advertising!!!! They said they were leather, not! Chemical smell, very cheap garbage. Way too small of a size as well. Orthopedic, what a joke,. Complete scam!!! Wont respond back after asking me to prove the size. I did and sent several emails back with zero response.
