  April 15, 2022 $9,899.43 To have the job done in **** hours It has been almost a year and my truck still isnt completed and also found out he is robbing parts of my truck and putting them on other trucks to fix the other trucks. The shop is also trying to create false invoices for parts that have nothing to do with why my truck is in the shop Every time I text or call they dont answer and when they do answer all they tell me is that they are either waiting on parts or something else is broke when nothing was broke on my truck when I brought it in to have the fuel system replaced Check#********* Claim #****************

  Hi ***, my name is ********************************* with C&A Automotive. The complaint ********************* is reporting is a false complaint. When **** brought me his truck in April I told him it would be a 3 month wait before I could even get to it. There hasnt been any parts taking off his truck to fix other trucks. And there is no false invoices. **** still owes me over ***** dollars for a transmission I built for him and I was giving him time to pay it because he is my nephew but he has yet to make one payment on the transmission job.

  I am rejecting this response because: the transmission work C&A automotive is trying to get me to pay has nothing to do with why my truck is at his shop to this day. The transmission work he is stating that I owe him was a family deal and was done over 2 years ago now with a invoice never created. I have asked for the invoice on the transmission work he is claiming i owe him and he has denied me of it. I also have asked for the build sheet of all the parts he put in my transmission and he has denied me of that to. my truck was dropped off to his shop 2 months before the insurance claim was maid on 04/15/2022. It has now been almost a year that i have not had my truck.

  Look I'm not trying to be rude or argue with you on the BBB web page. Your truck would have been finished a long time ago if you wouldn't have kept driving the truck when you knew the injectors was going out. That truck has been reading bad balance rates since you got that truck. And besides fixing it when it needed to be fixed you waited until 3-4 years later. When you dropped the truck off i told you it would be a few months before i could get to it and when i did get to it the truck was tore apart the same day besides the one injector being stuck in the head. Me and my helper fought that one injector for weeks trying to get it out and in the process, it bent the injector hold down and broke the upper and lower valve covers and you knew that because i sent you videos of me working on the truck. Even sent you videos of the broken parts. Regards to the transmission, you know what's in the transmission because you sat right next to me when we ordered the parts with money that your dad gave you because you couldn't afford to fix it. I also bought a valve body and a rear cover for that transmission, worked on it through all hours of the night and still have yet to receive a payment from you on it. So if you don't want to pay for the transmission I can take it apart and keep the parts i supplied and put all your parts in a box and put them in the truck and you can come pick it up when i get the motor done which you still have an unpaid balance on.
