    We bought a 2018 Land Rover discovery sport limited around November 25,2023 Within a week the problems began. They neglected to disclose the over 20k worth of repairs needed on it..So either they deliberately didn't disclose the problems or they didn't inspect it in any way before selling it., I was told by 3 different mechanics that it was a very unsate, dangerous and one actually said deadly car..I have called many times only to be told someone will call me back. No one has. I went up there and have not been able to speak anyone..I keep getting the run around.My mechanic has urged me to hire a lawyer. I really don't want to go down that route but I'm starting to think I may have no choice.

    Unfortunately, there is a lot of this complaint that just is not true.  Mr. ******************** purchased a vehicle from us in November of 2023. At that time he purchased an AS-IS vehicle, with known issues, and issues were disclosed to Mr ********************.  Please see attached documents.  A We-Owe document that is signed by Mr ******************** that states there is nothing owed and nothing requested to be done to the vehicle.  A Used Car Buyers Guide that is signed by Mr ******************** stating there is absolutely no warranty for the vehicle being purchased as well as a list of common items that can be an issue with the vehicle.  Finally an AS-IS Vehicle buyers policy that states in bold there is ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY on this vehicle, all sales are final, no refund and no exchanges.  The form also states this vehicle is a "FIXER UPPER" that will NEED REPAIR(in bold and underlined) and is best suited for someone willing to spend time and money reconditioning it.  The form also encourages the customer to take it to their own shop or mechanic for inspection prior to purchasing it.  All forms were signed by Mr ********************.  These vehicles are sold "wholesale to the public" and are significantly discounted and fully disclosed to the customer.  Mr ******************** came back after the purchase and asked us to remove the vehicles aftermarket antitheft device he purchased based on Land Rover's recommendation.  We did at no charge to Mr ********************.  We never heard anything else from Mr ********************.  In February Mr ******************** came back in looking to trade the vehicle in to us for another vehicle.  We were not able to complete that transaction and we had not heard from Mr ******************** since.  We received the complaint today and wanted to respond immediately to give an accurate account of what had taken place.  We sell vehicles new, used with factory warranty, used with no warranty but with the option to buy a service contract(extended warranty), and used with no option to buy one.  We sell those fully disclosed with signed documentation.
