    Good Morning,I need assistance in trying to close my account with this company, as repeated calls to the business have either been met with no answer, or no action being taken. The business does not have an in-person office, all of my dealings have been over the phone.I moved all of our belongings out of the unit on September 19th, and was paid up through the end of September. I called that day to inform that I was moving out, and the answering/customer service representative informed me that all would be good and the account would be closed. I received a new bill in October, which was automatically drafted on October 1st for the amount of $133.76, and called back to AGAIN close the account and receive reimbursement. I was told that it would be taken care of and I would receive my funds back, along with an apology. Nothing happened. I called earlier this month, immediately after receiving my November bill on October 25th, with the same issue and asking why I didn't get refunded for October, and was told it would be taken care of. In fact, the representative told me that he discussed with "ownership" and there was a lock on the unit. I know for a fact that this is a blatant lie, as our lock was removed back in September on the same day that the unit was vacated. Yet again, I was told it would be taken care of and I would receive reimbursement and an apology for the mistake.This morning I received an email stating that my storage unit is delinquent and will be auctioned off as I cancelled the automatic draft. At this point, this is a blatant extortion attempt at having me pay more money for a service that I have not used in months, and to say I am aggravated would be an understatement. I am an active duty Marine, and this business has been an absolute nightmare to work with. They have attempted to auction off my items before, especially after finding out I no longer live locally. Thank you for any assistance!
