DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY ON THESE IDIOTS!!!!!Awful! No communication!!! Brought our side by side in for repair. (In Aug) Took them a month to even look at it then the dumb mechanic ordered the wrong part. THEY HAD IT 5 MONTHS!!! ***** is a disrespectful, no good employee, RUDE AF!!!! He called me a b**** before he put me on hold!!! They only care about money. Called his boss 3 times.. VM everytime, (imagine that) NEVER got a call back and ***** said he wouldn't because he makes all the decisions. When my husband picked it up today, ($2200 later) even the mechanic said they are unorganized and they won't hire any more mechanics because they're too cheap to pay. Next I'm filing a complaint with KawasakiReview from Kylee H

ABSOLUTE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!After contacting the dealership and looking at the vehicle we proceed forward with our trade in value as well as work the numbers for the purchase of the vehicle. This went late into the night. Our salesman was off the following day but arranged it with another salesman for us to take the vehicle for the afternoon and test drive it. When arriving to the dealership at the designated time to pick up the vehicle. We were told that someone else was there first and wanted to make a deal on it and that it was first come first serve. After multiple attempts to explain that we were there the day prior and had already started the process of purchasing the vehicle. We were essentially called liars as they refused to see the proof and paperwork I had showing the deal that was already in action. The situation got heated, as we were extremely upset for being called liars, but for also having the vehicle sold out from under us. The general manager finally looks at the paperwork after a scene was caused and gives a very half hearted and back handed apology to us for his mistake in forgetting that he did INDEED work on this deal for us the day prior and that he just forgot due to his older age. Absolutely absurd!
