After I signed the completed form, I found out that they did not fix a hole in my roof. They just covered it up. They sued me for not paying them, and won. They had a better lawyer then I did. They also charged, and sued me for a window that they didn't fix. I had to do that myself. All they want is your money and the have no supervision on their jobs, they say they do. But don't. BE aware of them.

Hi again, We responded several months ago to the google review complaint you posted as well. We apologize that you are still upset at the outcome of the court proceedings but can assure you that if what you claim was remotely accurate, we would not been awarded the judgement. We care very much for our customers and take pride in the honesty and integrity we offer them. We signed a contract with you and provided exactly what was promised on our end. Upon completion of the job, you signed further documentation, that you were fully satisfied with all work that was done. It was only when it came time for you to pay the agreed upon cost that you wanted to renegotiate the price in order to keep part of the insurance proceeds for yourself. We refuse to be involved with any fraudulent activity. We charged you only for the work we performed. You have also made no attempt to pay the balance that you have been court ordered to pay us and have continued to slander our good name through multiple sources and sites. We will request again, for the last time, that you pay what is owed and refrain from false accusations online or we will be forced to take further legal action. Where is the window I paid for and you sued me for, at???. It's not installed on my house. Do you know what it's called when you charge someone for materials and you don't put install them FRAUD. Plain and simple. BEWARE OF THEM.Review from Kimmie P

I’ve never experienced a contractor that started early and finished early yet that is exactly what MDRRs crew did. From the start to the finish working with Randon P. was a breeze getting things started and explaining each step replacing my 20+year old roof. Always quick to answer a text or a phone call. They were pretty quick promising to do all this stuff once I paid deductible then in the end they basically said I owed more than what insurance reimbursement after promising they ONLY would take what insurance paid… now there is a leak and they say no warranty for unpaid customers owner never called me back I had to do all the leg work thru my Insurance to get the paperwork etc. Now saying o did not pay and refusing to come look at leak.Milton David Residential Roofing Response

Customer has been sent to collections due to non-payment of ALL of insurance proceeds for work that was completed. We have all documentation from Insurance on what is owed to us and the contract/addendum you signed for the new amount for works we completed and works we didn't complete (as per your signed addendum to the contract). I have the signed addendum, payments made and insurance documents. I will be providing them to the BBB team.
