    Purchased the extended handle ratchet loppers at the State Fair because they offered a 100% Full Replacement Warranty and have loved them. However after only 1 1/2 - 2 yrs of minimal use the ratchet stopped working. Tried to reach the company for over 3 months with no response except for the initial email response from ****************************************** asking for a picture and more details. Those were sent immediately to them. Have heard nothing more after several voice messages and emails. I would love some follow up to this issue but I am getting none. I have checked my junk email many times and still crickets.

    Purchased a telescopic ratcheting ***** with a life time warranty at a home show a few years ago from the Ryker booth. Ratcheting mechanism has failed. No response in over 10 days to emailed inquiry. Nor do they ever answer the phone or return messages. Apparently the only way to get their attention is through BBB.

    on July 13, 2023 I ordered a blade replacement, for $11.77 on a clipper I bought at home show years ago and have not received any email conformation and have called several times and not been able to speak to anyone. Is this a real business or an I being scammed? If so I am cancelling credit card asap.

    company has called me and sent product, my email was not connected correctly, so my mistake, sorry to complain, I over worry about scams, there is no problem, sorry to be an impatient person, pleas drop complaint. Thank you, *************************

    I ordered replacement part for long handle trimmer. Left messages and email but never got response or promised receipt for purchase. I don't know if the order is in process or what. Bottom line cannot contact the company via any means.

    ****************** placed an order on May 21, 2023. Confirmation emails are auto generated when the order is placed. This order shipped on May 31, 2023 and email was auto generated at that time with tracking information. The tracking number shows that the order was delivered on June 01, 2023.

    I bought multiple products from this company while they were selling at the fair, and I was told should I ever have any issues with their products to contact their company as their products have a life time guarantee. One of the items broke and I have been attempting to contact this company multiple times over the course of about 7 days via website message, calls including leaving voice messages.
