  I spoke with Benjamin from United Fences in regards to installing a privacy fence for my yard. He advised it would be $6,700. In addition he sent me a picture of what my fence would look like. They started installing my fence on 9/9/2022 and completed on 9/10/2022. In less than 12 days, my wooden fence had spaces/gaps all the way around. In addition, my gate would not close properly and parts of my fence was coming undone, due to not being nailed in securely. I contacted Benjamin on 9/22 via phone and text, with pictures. Benjamin did not come to my home until 10/8 to address the gate and fence. He did fix the gate, however, he advised that he had to wait for his boss to come back into to town, to fix the fence and undone boards. Benjamin did agree that I paid for a privacy fence and I did not have privacy due to all the gaps in the fence. He also confirmed that my 2 year warranty covered the undone boards. After he left, I have not heard from Benjamin or United Fence at all. I have called and texted, with no repose at all. I now need to pay another company to come out, take the fence down and put it up properly, so I can have a privacy fence, which I paid $6,700 for. My fence does not look like the picture they sent, in addition to work they have done a few years ago, for someone I know.
