Yes, I am a customer at cars on demand when you go there they’re real nice and they get you in and out and they just put you in anything not what you asked for and they gave me a car with the motor went out the next day asked for my money back they told me they cannot do that They will fix the car. It been three weeks and I have not got my car every day I called they tell me something different I need help. These people are horrible.

We purchased a car with monthly payments and not even a year in the transmission just went out. We called to ask for a replacement or to just repo it because we can't afford the payment plus the cost of fixing it. They claimed it wasn't in their best interest to pick it up with how much it will cost to fix it and we asked what are we supposed to do and were told that was our problem but about 4 nights later at around 3am they had it repossessed taking off with 700 worth of my husband's tools. If we hadn't recorded the phone call where we asked them to repo it I doubt we would've gotten our tools back at all. I believe most of their good reviews have to be faked in order to overpower the true reviews that are all throughout with similar issues.

Stay far away from this car lot. They sold us a $10,000 car for $2000 down. 3 days after purchase our entire motor was blown out. We were stranded. These people sell lemons to pregnant/families without a care in the world. When our car broke down they tried to have us pay the tow. Then they made us pay an extra $600 for a USED motor not new. We had zero oil in the car. We had water under the dirty mats they gave us. Engine check light immediately came on even after “service” was done. All tires were worn. We broke down again. Next thing steering wheel wasn’t working. These people never sent us our LP and we decided to voluntarily give up this car. They asked for payments and the engine out is behind. We asked them to help us extend the payment so we could catch up and they would not work with us. These people are scammers and only care about money. They do not care about you or customer service. Again, stay far away. We have been through a lot with this car. We have a baby due in just a few weeks and they could care less about anyone but selling these dump of cars to anyone and everyone. They also refused to give paperwork showing what kind of maintenance the car needed. They made it sound like there were no major issues but the entirety of the car had major expensive issues. Save your money for a more honest lot.

I bought a car for 4,500 down made 2 monthly payments of 550 ,the car showed a check engine light once I got home, I contact a mechanic to see if I could afford fixing the problem .the price summed up to 4,000 dollars worth of work. I wouldn't prefer this car lot to my worse enemy

Total scams and thieves! We handed them $2500 cash for a car that began to show issues only 45 minutes after the purchase. We went on to examine the car and found that car parts had been strategically placed to hide the issues until the car was driven for a while. By the time we discovered their dishonesty, they were closed. I tried to reach them but have had no contact made with them. I wish I had seen the reviews before they were given the opportunity to steal our hard earned money. How are these crooks still in business? How many other unsuspecting souls have had their money stolen by them too? It seems like something could be done to end their money stealing practice.
