I had an absolutely horrible experience with Capstone Auto Trans. Julie Samuel and Barber Samuel I trusted them to transport my vehicle 2024 Can-am Maverick X3, but instead of delivering it safely, they stole it and refused to take any responsibility. After waiting for 12 mounts the delivery and repeatedly calling them for updates, I found out that my car had been taken without my consent and was completely unaccounted for. When I confronted them, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. They didn’t offer any solutions or even apologize for their negligence. Instead, they kept passing the blame and failed to give me a clear explanation of what had happened to my vehicle. It's appalling that a company would operate in this way, especially when you are trusting them with something as important as your personal property. I strongly advise against using their services. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Please avoid this company at all costs if you value your vehicle and your peace of mind. Also they don't have any valid insurance they try to used a third party insurance. has been already 1 year and they are NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT.Review from Nikita M

I had a contract with Capstone to transport my car but it never happened and they never refunded my deposit of $150 that I paid. Catherine who initially helped with the contract never responded even after multiple requests/msgs when it was actually time to get a driver to transport my vehicle, Then I contacted their office and I was told that they have to go through a process for the refund which I never got even after multiple calls to them. Every time it was the same story. And now their contact number doesnt event work. Its a scam people. Do not use Capstone for transport of any vehicles. Aviod them at any cost.Review from Tina M

I use capstone to transport my car from Milford Connecticut to Houston Texas. It was hard getting here for the money I had but bump it just a little bit more and the contact person Catherine ****** made it happen. Catherine ****** you are awesome!!!!Review from Brad T

Having had a mad experience with another company I was worried I would have a similar experience again. Capstone provided a completely different experience. At every step in the process they kept me informed of the status of my transport service. The car was picked up and delivered as projected. The driver contacted me several times to let me know the progress being made to bring the car cross country. capstone may have been more expensive than average but they delivered a service much better than average. I worked with Catherine ******, her communication is awesome she inform me every single update on time, which made me more comfortable with this company, service was great I'll use this company again and recommend to all the friends who wants to move their vehicle. They were great. No money up front and followed through as promised. I worked with other car transportation companies that asked for a deposit and took my money, but then said they could not deliver until I paid more. Not the case here. I used Capstone to transport my Travel Trailer from Illinois to Florida in August of 2024. Catherine was my contact and she was wonderful! It was a difficult transport and due to my lack of information, she kept me updated and I swear she works 7 days a week all hours of the day!! She worked very hard to find me the right driver and yes it may take a couple of days to get it all set up, but she gives it 110% and gets the job done!! Side note, I was going to use Shiply or Uship and after trying to do my own research on those companies, I reached out to a friend that works at a loca dealership and they set me up with this company. If you are looking to transport anything, use these guys and cut out the middle man.Review from NELSON S
